    I learned a lot about this video about why soaking oats is good, what kind of turmeric to use, why black pepper should be used with turmeric, and importance of wood pressed oils.

    I tryed it and its amazing I added a twist on it: flavoured cubes, dania leaves, zucchini and spinach... Yummy delicious.. Thank you so much for your recipe..i loved it..

      Ceramic knives in general are wonderful! They stay sharp for years because they're harder than steel. One major con is that if they do get blunt, you can't sharpen them at home because they ARE harder than steel, but even a blunt ceramic knife is still sharper than a blunt steel one. Imagine cutting with a shard of pottery, sharp! another con is that they can shatter when dropped or when used to cut harder foods (ice, bones)

    I showed this to my husband and he was skeptical with the oats, he said “I would rather eat it with rice” 🤣 because he usually has sweets oats for breakfast.
    But I’ll make this either way, he will love it 💕🤣

      You can use the Fitness Pal app by entering the ingredients and checking the caloric and nutrient breakdown yourself. It's a good app which can also scan the barcodes of packaged foods and give you the nutritional information.

      @@anagha4775 oh! No! Steel cut oats takes much more time to cook than rolled oats. It is like one oat cut in to 6 or 8 pieces. Not flat like rolled.

    Thanks for this recipe for weight loss problem. I tried your recipe and suggestion for three months and the result was outstanding. I actually used the Masala rolled oats from True Elements as they were very good in quality and budget-friendly as well. Thanks once again.

    can this also be done with spell flakes?
    I always take oats but had been in a rush so must have picked up the rong ones.I always take oats for my porridge. spell falkes don´t taste good as porridge at least not to me.
    So can i use them for this recipe?
    But do you really think its a skinny recepie, because oats do have a lot of carbohydrates 300 kalories pr 100g.
