Very well articulated. The misgivings are reflected in the minds of most Indians. These are unknown entities. They are mostly uneducated, quite fanatical about their religion and beliefs, most likely not adaptable to change or adjustment to a new way of life, used to dole outs rather than earning honestly through hard work and not enterprising. They lack leadership qualities, are not educated enough to understand or handle administrative matters, to follow rules voluntarily, live in harmony. Aggressive behaviour can destroy social fabric. They are so highly radicalised that it will take several generations to change their mindsets from hating India to becoming true genuine citizens of India. Right now, they need India to survive. Irrespective of what activists of the region like Dr. Mirza claim, the need is economic. They want a share of the cake that their relatives & friends, their brethren across the border are having. They believe it is their birthright. Where was this sentiment in the last 75 yrs.? How many of them felt that they were Indians from Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh when Kashmir was burning in the 90s? How much can we trust them? Once they have what they want, will their fanaticism, their anti-India sentiments rise again? Will they start demanding an independent Kashmir nation again? Will they mix and amalgamate, live in harmony with all communities as we do here? Isn't it too much to expect?
When the Bengalis of Pakistan sought independence, they created a separate country for themselves. We got involved only to the extent of facilitating their independence militarily. However, this is a different situation. Their representatives will be sitting in Parliament, in the State Assembly & so on. They will be casting their vote. They will have the power to make a difference in State politics, in policy making, in the use of funds etc.
Are we going to take the risk? Would it be better to assist militarily for gaining their freedom, guide and assist in the formation of a new country, in setting up an administrative and constitutional framework, assisting with technical know-how. In other words, hand holding, but not merger with India.

I dont see a refugee crisis in pakistan because of two reasons:
1. No military crackdown on people there. Unlikely that same.will happen
2. Strong family and neighbour ties are helping pakistanis fulfill their daily needs reasonably
3. Food is expensive but available. Starvation on a mass scale not yet being seen
4. Refugees from pakistan would prefer going to a neighbouring muslim country like iran, than coming to india given the hostility
5. Pakistan to get more lawless but unlikely to break yet as no external military force is being applied. Till the time pakistan army is intact, pakistan cannot break

Partially true, but the area east of sindh if at all migrate, will migrate to india only, they won't go to Iran and Afghanistan is not an option even for people of kpk.but yes, Pakistan is unlikely to disintegrate, and india not being interested in breaking it either, Pakistan may suffer more but not end.

I agree with you.when ever this process starts then there will be a bloodiest war for Balochistan because more than 60% of the Balochistan consists of pashtoon majority area's, from bolan to zhob including the capital of Balochistan Quetta.But I think this will be easy for pashtoons to take on the balochs on their own if any international player is not involved.
But the pashtoons have also to fight for it's area's in the panjab province such as miawalii etc. So it is going to be a two front war for us, so we expect a help for Afghanistan.
