To clarify... India sent aid to Turkey and also to many other countries that suffered natural disasters (unless those countries were already well supported). Previously, India has sent aid to Pakistan also but 2022 Pak floods were the first instance when India totally kept off that topic.
It's more about respect than about strategy.
If it’s about respect, Edhi Foundation from Pakistan also offered help to India during COVID that was rejected by your government.
Actually, Aid was sent to Yemen as well.
India offered aid to Pakistan during the floods, but they refused to accept it.
As a Pakistani we have fought our whole life against not only exterior but interior propaganda, most of all the enemies within our ranks especially our own elite and the "Establishment" who run the country out of there own mind. We have been ridiculed by others and oppressed MOST OF ALL by our own, but I see more and more resilience in my people by the day, and I say this

Suffering is the thing bringing us Pakistanis together. We were always quick to judge our politicians but now we know who the kingmakers are and their puppets. Imran Khan in my opinion is the only generic politician after Fatima Jinnah who is bringing all the casts, sects, and age groups together and even if he is gone Pakistanis will continue to be more inclined to becoming a nation than ever before. So, in my opinion Pakistan is going no were Insha ALLAH.

It's too late to realize all this. Pakistan's economy is already in shambles and there isn't much that could be done rather than taking help from other stable economies. Your government took loan but did nothing for the betterment of the people. The money was used to buy expensive cars and leading a luxurious life. You guys were used as a fodder to bring advancement into their own political ambitions. Look into your literacy rate and other industries to get a better perspective of where your country stands. Moreover religious extremism has also played a big role in your downfall.

It's irresistible not to miss Palki Sharma's discourse. As an Indian we have been longing to see a middle aged nationalist Indian woman with substance and style to present her thoughts in good English. She is a good story teller with unabated eyes audience can watch with a feeling of awe. She is a rare find, hope she will continue to amaze the audience many more years.

Feel sorry to hear this. Coming from Palki is a reality and being a Pakistani I see most things are going topsy turvy. The greedy establishment, the poor getting poorer and the rich enjoying the benefits while the poor starve
I know that problems have existed and will likely always exist between India and Pakistan, that there are complex issues at play I’ll never fully comprehend. I just wish the shared experience of being manipulated and used against each other as pawns for US interests builds more positive relations in the future.
I enjoy how blatant and direct Palki is in calling out US’ actions in the area.

The ONE and the SMARTEST thing that she introduced on Indian News TV is critical analysis of every Report, in contrast to, narrating the News in an Uncritical and Mechanical manner as has been the case in most News channels for decades.

Borders have changed so frequently in the last hundred years. Borders changed in World war 1, world 2, the Korean war, the Bangladesh liberation war, Break up of the Soviet Union. There are many such examples
Not too mention what happened to Yugoslavia.
Borders WILL keep changing and Pakistan WILL BREAK UP in at least 20 years time. Precisely because it was NEVER a real nation state.
