Hello Johny, nice review thanks for that. Would you know the difference with the 9821P and between both which one you would recommend ? (I am quite interested as well by the 9851P which is not motorized. except that seems quite similar. Which one would have you preference on the 3 ?

+Pierre-Alex Boulesteix Seems like FI9821P are just updated version in a more premium body. I have a lot of 8910W and they look just like the FI9821P minus HD version. I would go with whichever version is cheaper where you can get it. Look doesn't really matter that much with these (I usually have them in the corner somewhere out of sight). But that's up to you :)
Thank you for your review, I was undecided and totally confused about a camera so that I could check in on my dogs. It was between this camera and the Fujicam FI-361 HD. I read both your reviews and I think the Foscam is the better choice, do you agree?

Great Video. does it have the option to record things once it detects movement? and does it record and stay on the cloud for future viewing? and if not can I use it to record to directly to my home nas?
+Maneul Crail It doesn't record on the cloud at the time I review it. They are suppose to release a cloud service, I haven't heard much about it. You need to have some kind of NVR system like synology if you want to record it.
Also do the video recordings on the camera get overwritten when the SD card gets full or do u have to manually delete the videos from the sd card? ty
You can set it to expire the old one I believe.

Brent Greenhill I don't think so. This unit is design to work with device that can run their iOS/Android apps. It's not design to interface with other brand baby monitor.
Regarding those cams I could not find anything online about recording , not enough clearly( no details) like this info is hidden on purpose.

+Jens Bonheure if you have something like synology. Sure. But there's no option to output stream to a certain network location if that's what you're looking for.

+juvi22003 I think recently chrome update has not broke a lot of NPAPI plugin. Check their foscam website. I'm not using this anymore right now to tell you the right thing.
+JohnyTechReview hhmmm I see it doesn't work on chrome, Firefox or IE. Foscam website said they are working on it. Another question my camera keeps saying offline everything is plugged in properly but I can't get it to play live
Sorry not sure about that. Try to reset and re-add from scratch. You might have to check with company.
