The Bane arc isn’t faction specific, but it doesn’t trigger at the same point. For WW & Supes characters, it just starts at some point when you touch the docks boundaries. There are only 3 faction specific missions at start, 15 & end. Great video as this is a FAQ!
U can get same sticks w different mentors. However, it won't prompt u that your eligible for it as a mission. You have to physically go to East end pd while a low level to click on Batwoman. If ur lvl is too high u can't do it. Of course u must have duel wield 😉
I see the materials sometimes in the broker; seems easier to get that way than collecting quarks. Is the stealth material all black while blue sparks all blue? I'd like something like Arkham City, mix of black and blue.

You can get the weapon from the EEViLLL Bane in the missions leading to level 30. That is much easier then getting the PvP version. ;)

My CR changes depending on the weapon I use. Also depending if I have a low level item like the Bat Gloves or the Speed Boots.
