2025 Subaru Forester Touring POV Walkaround and Test Drive ASMR

👋 In today's video we take a look at the all new 2025 Subaru Forester Touring! This new model has some nice exterior design changes along with interior updates and great technology features to make this a great daily driver! The 2025 Subaru Forester Touring has a nice interior with genuine leather on the seats and a nice ultra suede material. I also liked the sporty vinyl trim and contrast stitching. This 2025 Subaru Forester Touring was finished in Crimson Red and had a sticker price of $42,200.
The driving experience for the 2025 Subaru Forester is pretty nice. It's surprisingly smooth, quiet and handles well.
My only major complaint would be the "lack" of power, but Subaru will be introducing a hybrid version which will add more power. It just felt like it couldn't get up and moving, which is important for certain driving situations. But aside from that, there wasn't much of anything we could think of negative towards this vehicle. It's large on the inside for extra cargo, can fit 5 people pretty comfortably and has the ground clearance to take off the pavement and make it to those adventurous trips!

I had 2014, 2016, 2020 and 2022 Foresters. My biggest peeve about these cars is at 1:41 - you see where your foot naturally goes when exiting car? Your feet tend to hit that door speaker and it’s almost impossible to get it clean because of perforations - perpetual dirt/mud/salt on it. Other than that so many things I loved about them, especially outward visibility and doors opening almost 90 degrees for easy access. After a while wasn’t a fan of the CVT because of the “elastic band” feeling when accelerating to speed. Also the engine really growled when you pushed it - would love it if they brought the turbos back. Also hated the “nanny” safety features that had to be turned off every time I started the car. Overall great car to purchase everything considered.

Great review. Is there a lot of glare reflecting off of the infotainment screen?

Not really. The screen has a matte look to it. So it's not bad

Looks nice, but that price. If it had the turbo, maybe - just maybe worth around $40K. The Premium should be the Base and sell for $32,999, then Sport $34,999 and Touring for $38,999 unless turbo, then $39,999. Looks like some dealerships knocking $1K off, but will that be enough? Maybe it will take more, say $2K?
