Love the look. However, what would you do if you skipped the duvet? Could you go with a comforter? I don't particularly appreciate taking the duvet off and on with my wrist pain.

I bought the velvet 3 piece quilt set, and it's very wrinkled and ugly. I couldn't believe how cheap and ugly it looks on my bed. But mainly the problem is that it's very heavy and hurts my feet as it drags them down. Hard pass, and I'm thankful for Amazon that I can return it. Searching for a new quilt.
It’s velvet, of course it’s heavy! And this should go without saying, but you need to wash & dry it before you put it on your bed. It comes vacuum packed, or tightly packed, and of course will be wrinkly. You can see in all of the videos of mine that there isn’t a wrinkle in sight. You are definitely in the minority though, as it continues to be the number one seller for me month after month. And, I have it in four colors now I love it so much!
@@thesommerhomeok. I didn’t realize velvet is “of course” heavy. I’ve had a similar feel blanket that was light. I guess it’s not actual velvet like this one. But not everyone wants a heavy blanket, and should hear about it from someone who’s bought it. It’s nice Amazon will take returns!

I’m not sure about that? I’ve never tried it. And the lamps shown in this video are from Target. I’m not sure if they are still available?

Just look for a patterned pillow you are drawn to that has black in it! Amazon has a bunch of options, I’m sure!!

Of course you could go with a comforter instead! I just prefer a duvet cover for ease of washing, but just a matter of preference. Either is great!

What is the size of the insert you use? Is it the super king 120x120? Thanks!
I use king inserts for our primary bedroom king duvet cover.
