- My son just got his first pet snake "California King Snake" and named him "OREO", this is the video of the first feeding after we brought him home from the pet shop giving him a fuzzy mice (snake food), its amazing to watch the snake eating the first time...... he is so fast.
Finally someone who doesn't feed live or hurt the snake. Beautiful snake🤩

That coil was so satisfying. This little guy is gonna be a beast of an eater. Hopefully getting a Cali King soon as my first snake (haven’t 100% decided, but as of rn it’s my definite #1)
They are really great pet snakes, very active and great appetite never refusing a feed ;-)
@@Flamingfurnace I agree. I have a 3months young Cali king male. He's very curious, never refuses a meal, and for sure that he recognizes me. If I come in the room to take him out he doesn't hide. And if it's somebody else he hides himself directly. Also he has never tagged me. He's really my little baby.😃👍🐍
Thank god you fed him a pre-killed mouse, unlike many youtubers who unfortunately feed live preys to their snakes (Mostly boas, pythons and rattlesnakes), having no heart and possibly enjoying to watch a prey animal that is basically suffering before dying 😕

Thanks for your comment, I agreed 100% I am not mad at all on live feed and its even suggested that for example rats may even bite and harm the snakes and causing them painful injuries, I am not expert but from what I have seen on UA-cam and read, live food should only be given when snake refuse feed for some time or if its a snake taken from nature, as that is what they are used too and most likely they will not eat frozen thawed food 👍.
If only snakes here could eat mice faster it would be great
