Your dash noted 7661 but you and controller were saying 7761!! Common type error
I’ve been your co-pilot for many of your flights, I like your style and your equipment. I earned my instrument and multi-engine ratings in the 1960’s. Spent 42 years in government service most of it as a controller with the FAA. Your Malibu is a perfect plane for what you do.

Love that you make yourself and your resources available for humanitarian purposes, I don’t have the hours yet but have signed up as a mission assistant if/when the time comes with another pilot who is already approved to fly for Angel Flights.

Was your patient/passenger going to Huntsman Cancer Institute?
I've so admired Jon Huntsman and his incredible charity. A friend of mine that lived in SLC told me that his Center does not turn anyone away regardless of ability to pay.
He also has his corporate aircraft made available for emergency trips if our church leaders need to travel immediately. I read the only book he has authored and was amazed to read about his standards in conducting his business.
I was a CFI for about ten years and our FBO was a Piper dealership.
One of the co-owners almost purchased a Piper Aerostar. He decided not to in the end because his home strip was only 2 800' and at one end were propane tanks and power lines...lol

It's been quiet lately... No big or interesting trips for awhile. I had a nice ILS to 500' in Clovis but forgot to turn the cameras on!!!
I noticed that you and ATC were calling your Angel Flight number as 7761, but your post-it note on your dash says 7661. Am I not hearing the transmissions correctly?
Very observant. My wife made the sticky note for me that morning but inadvertently wrote 7661. I didn’t catch it until later.

Why is there a second "N" number on a post-it note in your plane?
When flying as part of a compassion flight, in this case an Angel Flight mission, I use a unique call sign which is assigned by Angel Flight. NGF is the prefix for Angel Flight.
Do you always fly autopilot approaches?
Most of the time, yes. I need to hand-fly approaches a lot more!
