How to submit a Monthly Employer Declaration (EMP201) on eFiling

How does one read the "Request Return" period. Eg. is 2024-01 the January period? Or is it the first month of the financial year, eg March 2024? (if the business financial year starts on 1 March 2024.

Tried adding it to tax types, and ther eis only EMP501 option, which I hav enow registered for.
How do I get to EMP201?
