- The Kia Forte Koup - Indeed there are several things that i hate about my car, but it was all minor stuff, overall the car was amazing and serve me well so far and i absolutely love it.

Just Some minor Things, overall the Kia Forte Koup is Good
Bud, a nice car but forte koup is not a sports car. Its a compact car that has 2 doors. Not to mention that its an automatic too.

bad news... this car you are in is NOT a exotic sports car with plastic..it IS Kias entry level economy car, try buying a Kia Striker..you will be happy.

Everyone that I've seen try to do negative review for this car always nitpick and conclude they love the car. Def still a car on the shortlist for me

is funny but you complain about the seat belt, when actually you are the one doing it wrong. You should use always your opposite hand of the seatbelt to grab and wear a seatbelt! Also the distance is longer in coupe cars ofcourse. 4 years later i wonder if you have tried use the other hand and turn your body to grab the seat belt. you will see is much easier and intuitive.
What's wrong with the plastic?
at 1st the plastic was creaking all over the place, but after installing strut bars, braces and etc to make the car stiffer, it eliminates all the creaking sound, so right now the plastic don't bother me any more

Hi Gordon. Did you face and ticking or rattling sound from the engine.? Looks like it’s one of the common issue is Kia Forte. Such issues easy to fix ?
is not really that much of an issue, sometime ppl kinda mistook it as an issue, but just to let u know ... this car has a relatively loud engine
Yup bruh..my forte had sound from the engine as well...i found out that it is coming from the lifter on the engine bay... Need to overhaul to get it fix
On the contrary, if I would to buy this car, the steering wheel would still look rather sporty to me...
how about the fuel consumption?

Screw this car man, i own an SX and it’s slow af, uncomfortable, bad squeaky interior, no tuning potential. Only thing that’s good is that its reliable and cheap. But dont worry, its still a fun car and it handles really well🤣 Going for a genesis coupe 2.0t next!
Regarding that squeaky noise, I actually kinda fixed it (90% fixed) by adding a strut bar to reduce body flex

i planning to buy forte 1.6 sedan...but i dont know more about kia brand...its just ok...ok! urmmm ok la...or great!...
1-5 star....mybe 2...mybe 3...or mybe 5...u think???
mine is a 6 speed 2.0 version performance wise was pretty unexpectedly good for a heavy car, as for the 1.6 version .. might be a little sluggish for a 4 speed
