Majin 21 can go use a c assist and do her new super giving her enough time to just have 2-3 seconds of charge before they could even try to run/vanish into DR/Grab. Hit can grab her with 214M tho. Also it heals lmao
The best c assist to do this with is base vegeta. His assist is the longest in the game with a whopping 174 frames. Basically a 50 frame full screen unblockable at that point. Hit and beerus can still grab you, but the rest of the cast just loses if done full screen 😂
Only tried doing a level 6. If you do it against Goku Black, Vegeta sometimes will say his monologue from the anime about how Goku Black just stole Goku’s body and can’t use it properly. He says the first part during his level 1, second part during the final flash and the third part during the punch. Pretty irrelevant from a balance standpoint, but i thought it was pretty cool.
As a Cooler main, I'm actually perfectly content with labbing out the changes for myself, because I was literally labbing out Cooler combos before watching this, LMAO.
Finally, a comment section about this patch that isn’t blood curdlingly toxic. HookGangGods comment section was so toxic random people were dumping on SF6 out of nowhere, after their blood boiled it scrambled their brains and they got their games mixed up lol
Not to burst your bubble, but you can still 2h it. You just can’t be early about it. That said, you could easily cover it with assists since they have to wait

Man your channel taught me so much ... Ive been a ginyu main since s1 and i can't even have a glimpse at the amount of work you put into this game / channel . Mf is working like an ant and it forces my respect 💪
Definitely happy about the bardock buffs but still wish he got a few more things. A better ki blast, better crossup button, and ability to combo after fast gut punch would’ve been huge. The ability to tag into DR off his spins would’ve made him useful for his team too. Old 236m mix would be good too i mean they brought back goku’s legs and gt goku’s auto combo and lariat jail. Also it’s weird they made the change to only the air version of medium and ex lariat and not the ground one too that would’ve been so useful
100% agree. As if Bardock had problem with combos or getting in. He already had good and cool midscreen & corner combos. No point getting in when you can't do shit to mix up. And EX Lariat requiring Vanish when the rest of the cast gets trivial Auto-conversions is mind-boggling.
Android 21's new level 3 doesn't just heal, it heals her all the way! Even if they dragon rush you out of it, you'll have healed somewhat before they do. If you can make it work it's a game changer.
Man, even as a casual player that Body Change nerf stings. It was so fun being able to use Guldo to combo into it, because I always imagined that scenario even before FighterZ. Then again, only being able to use it reliably when you're down to your last character does kind of portray it as a gimmicky last resort, which is very much in line with the technique's canon portrayal. Maybe the devs felt that being able to use it so reliably was a little much. It really does GUT your opponent's team, after all. Oh, well. Either way, the buffs FAR outweigh the nerfs. The squad is in perfect sync now, and isn't that what we main Ginyu for anyway?
40:01 Thank goodness they added that, because he needed new combo routes. Most of his combo routes were so limited that they NEEDED assists in order to get ANY damage.

Yeah, this patch is not at all what I thought would happen. I thought it was just gonna be tweaks because we had a really good balanced cast. And then Arcsys came over and essentially dropped a nuke on the community. I do like the limit break mechanic though. Some people really don't like it cuz damage, but the point of meter dumping is to get said damage. It's your payoff for having so much bar in the first place. So I love it.
Was not expecting my team of blueku, labcoat and vegeta to get buffed but very epic. Dropped this game but ngl wanna try getting back into it again now
I don’t know if it was this patch, but you seemed to miss something with Beerus. His DP, now fully invulnerable to everything, allows him to use a super out of it and punish someone trying to punish your DP lol. DP is crazy good now
If arc sys wants ua to ki charge, i think a good change would be to let ki charge ignore meter penalty while allowing you to cancel it into a super. Would probably open up some combo routes where a dash isn't enough or with some c-assist shenanigans.
I feel like, as a Base Goku main, Base Goku is the perfect representation of how the devs treat a patch: give him incredible buffs without giving him the one thing everyone wanted in a better 2m. It gives me so much mixed feelings that I don't know what to do except exploit what I did get.
Same here. His pokes aren't that great but i definately love the changes. Him basically having a level 5 instakill with limit break makes him so scary to fight against, especially 1v1. Im still happy about the level 3 buff allowing him wayyyy more team comps which I see as a buff that's better than what most people probably expected.

I believe there is ONE intentional, completely undebatable nerf in this patch, which is Vegito A. Baby unintentionally got nerfed and ginyu body swap could be argued as worse, but outside of that, there is literally ONE nerf in the entire patch. Just goes to show you how completely out of line Vegito's A assist truly was. Literally created an entire meta team that dominated for like, a year now.
if you really think about it............... every ginyu buff to moves that don't use the ginyu force is a nerf to body change... because you're leaving your opponent with a better character...
new tech for trunks: thanks to the super changes you don’t even need level 3 mid screen anymore because you can get the same left right mix by using his level 2 instead
I think the most use anyone will get out of Majin 21's level 3 is taking advantage of its healing properties. But they would be banking on the opponent's ability to react quick enough for her not to heal too much. (I admit this is a stretch of hell)
How good is Ki Charge from afar? Would you recover in time to block against certain projectiles? You can bait out a chakra Dash thingy (what ever it is called).
Hey Aco did they take away Ginyu's ability to call the Ginyu Force during his 5H and not mention it in the patch notes? I can't cancel spin into Ginyu force anymore like in the last patch. Update 1: For some reason it does still work but only if I do the hop during the 5H, then I can cancel into Ginyu Force in the air. Very strange. Update 2: This almost seems bugged or something, sometimes I can and sometimes I can't do it on the ground. It almost never works when moving backwards but sometimes it does, and sometimes it works when moving forwards. I'm not holding the S button so I don't think its the new delayed force call. Still testing. It feels way more finicky than before, I'm not sure if I'm wrong or not though. Update 3: It seems like you can only cancel 5H into Ginyu Force Call at the very start of the spin, you have to do it very fast, unless I'm still missing something.

So for some reason playing on PS4 with the new patch and working off a combo I built, I can't get Trunks' Level 3 after the Level 2 to hit like how yours does @ 24:38. For some reason no matter how much I try, the special doesn't activate until almost a full second after I hit the ground - so the training dummy recovers and I whiff. It looks like the way you pull it off, it's activating the MOMENT you hit the ground after the level 2. It's boggling my mind why I can't get it to work, cause with the damage it does I essentially have a sparkless TOD if I could just get it to connect! Any advice?? I love the Kefla buffs and I’m happy they finally made trunks super good/fixed his issues. I also like that they FINALLY made goku blacks command grab fast enough to be good, although I’m disappointed they didn’t make his 2m 9f like jiren, lower the recovery on his ki blasts, or make his ex divekick plus. His command grab being good now is great, but his new teleport changes feel useless because they still won’t give him any mix. What’s the point when his only low is still slow asf and you can’t get a left right mix either with it? Seriously what was the point with his teleport changes smh.
The 16 buffs make me think: If I've managed to hit Android 16 self destruct raw against somebody with full health as a new player, does that mean I've managed to do a TOD online? Because, uhhmm, it's still on my playercard...

She regenerates a massive amount of hp during her startup.
AND all blue health
Trunks air light flip also travels further when use in combos, so you have EX flip without spending bar and suffer the meter penalty

It probably is you'd just have to save your smash, Level 1 cancel, then a full Level 1, then the Level 5
Pummel into a combo ending with 214L into Galick Gun --> Lvl 5 SHOULD work but idk if the super scaling will kick in

I would have liked Fat Buu to get more hit stop on his blow attack. So he could super dash off it. Otherwise I’m happy with him.
Gogeta's ss4's stagger is insane. The character was already super strong, but that wasn't enough for him to just have an anti-air on his autocombo.

I love the Kefla buffs and I’m happy they finally made trunks super good/fixed his issues. I also like that they FINALLY made goku blacks command grab fast enough to be good, although I’m disappointed they didn’t make his 2m 9f like jiren, lower the recovery on his ki blasts, or make his ex divekick plus. His command grab being good now is great, but his new teleport changes feel useless because they still won’t give him any mix.
What’s the point when his only low is still slow asf and you can’t get a left right mix either with it? Seriously what was the point with his teleport changes smh.
