Thanks for the review! I got a killer deal: the Macna -> leather heated gloves, heated jacket and heated pants for 440 Euro!

Years ago when I used to commute 25miles (one way) to work, my wife got me an electric vest. At first I thought it was for sissies...then I tried it. Changed my life! Best thing ever, and indeed, you're a safer rider when you're warm!
Mine was very simple as it was maybe 15+ years back, and nothing but an on/off switch.
I have the same bike as you - Halcyon Grey!

Thanks for your nice comments Scott. There seems to be stigma about wearing a heated jacket... Right up until people try them! Why not be warm and safe as you say? I'm with you on this one AND you chose the best colour for your RE Classic 350 ;)

@@thesussexrider Yeah, it's yet another case of "keep yer mouth shut 'til you try it" thing...
It also allows us to ride on much oclder days, giving more time for fun! And something about "cheating" the elements that adds to the fun!
The more I ride this bike, the more I love it. And this color makes me smile just looking!
      Have a great weekend...

Thanks Nick, I have the same Jacket and I agree game changer. Use on and off the bike (at the football) . Wish it could be connected to Apple car play so I could control it remotely but hey that’s perhaps a future feature. Paul

Cheers Tomoli. Wore mine at the Winchester Christmas Market during the recent cold snap - wonderful!

Hello Nick, thank you for your videos. Enjoying them all! I bought my wonderful Royal Enfield Meteor 350 April 2022 and have been wavering on a heated jacket purchase all winter (live in Detroit). I am going to run with your recommendation here, but EU/UK/USA sizing gets tricky. I wear a L with everything here in the USA: UK shirts I go L, but UK jackets I need XL. Since this Macna will fit under my bike jacket, I am a bit indecisive. I recall you are 5' 8" and wondering what size you bought? I am 5' 11" and will go up one. Oh, and what jeans are those? Like those too. I also go moto-camping retro style, very minimalistic. Can't wait to get out again now Spring is here. Seems we are cut from the same cloth. Many thanks, Nigel

Hi Nigel - thanks for your kind words and we must be kindred spirits because my elder brother is named Nigel also!
I've just checked the sizing and it says Medium - EU50/US40/UK40.
I'm 5ft 8 inches and 172 pounds. When I tried the jacket on at @motolegends the small was a little tight and the large way too big. It's needs to be fairly snug so you feel the heat. Hope that helps and thanks again. Cheers. Nick

@@thesussexrider Perfect. I will order the Large. Were those motorcycle jeans you had on this video? I was born in Buckinghamshire and moved to Canada at age four (Detroit now). My mother was born in Worthing, and I believe she always says West Worthing (I'll have to ask her). Father has passed and he was from Kent. Thank you for the reply. Very nice to connect. Safe riding. Nigel

Wow - my father was a Headmaster of a private school in Worthing - their paths may have crossed!
The jeans are by ROKKER tapered slim size US Waist 34/Leg 32. I had them shortened and then I removed the armour and washed them at a high temperature to shrink them! They are very comfortable and I can highly recommend them
