I have a Maserati Ghibli SQ4 . I have the “Service AWD”.. I’ve done all the maintenance myself before from oil change and coolant flush. Do you think theirs a problem with my car or it just wants it service on the awd?

Did you run the codes? I would like to know exactly what code its throwing. In all kinds of auto transmission related fluids, I always recommend OEM fluids.
