Wow I’ve been following your videos for a while and I’m very surprised to hear you’re at 6000 subscribers (almost 7 now! I just checked) Because your videos are so professional but still so personal and fun AND you’re a very consistent uploader. You deserve way more than 6000 and I am 100% sure your channel is going to grow massively soon ❤
Kudos to you for admitting that Twilight changed your life! It’s probably one of the books that everybody has read and loved but is now either ashamed to say it or just saying it is so bad that they would never read it 😂 I applaud your confidence in admitting the truth out loud and also generally not being a sheep in your reviews of books!
hey katerina, i'm glad i got to know you and your reading journey better. i've been following you for months, and i can't wait for Tuesdays now! congratulations on hitting 5K, you really deserve it. and thanks for your honesty in your reviews. love from France 💞
So much fun getting to know a little more of YOU. I laughed at the answer to my question about snacks and reading... a full on dinner while reading, that's a great way to go !!! Thanks for sharing. I'm half way through Fresh Water For Flowers, it is so beautiful..... I'm taking my time savoring it
hahaha honestly i think i get too distracted snacking whilst reading 🤣 do you have a go to snack? and ahhhh i'm so so SO happy you're enjoying it, i'm excited to hear your thoughts after finishing the book
Thanks for answering all these questions, it was such fun to get to know you better. A video suggestion with your other interest for films could be you comparing the books to the movies/series and letting us know which you found better and why.
What a delightful video! I love your channel- you are one of the most articulate and passionate people on UA-cam. I look forward to reading your book one day. I hope this channel grows to new heights, you certainly deserve it.
we love getting to know you more! 💓 just finished HP and the philosopher's stone after watching one of your vids, and i devoured it! now my tbr is filled with books you've recommended!
Holes is such a good first time reader rec, how the stories commingle and the flipping from past to present would for sure open up what books are. Would recommend the Poppy War series by RF Kuang too!
Hi! As a fellow The Secret History fan, and I can really recommend Yellowface and Sharp Objects. I also read Babel before reading Yellowface. Yellowface is quite different from Babel, but a very interesting read! I'm currently reading The Poppy War by the same author. Gillian Flynn is one of my favorite writers, despite having only published a few books. Something about her writing is just addicting. Her books are very dark, but I think you might enjoy them. In addition to Sharp Objects, you should check out Gone Girl, if you haven't already. Even if you have seen the movie before, the book was worth the read. Love the feminine rage in that one. Sharp Objects is one of my favorite books, and the HBO tv series is very good too!
eeek so excited to read! I actually found three of her books (gone girl, sharp objects and dark places) in a charity shop recently so I got them all in one go lol
Loved this! The way you feel about The Secret History is the way I feel about Martyr! now. So much to unpack! I can’t wait to read it again. I could talk about what the ending meant all day. I’m an interesting mix of Irish and Armenian but look completely Irish tbh I’ll never forgive my mom for not giving me her olive skin 😂. It skipped me and went to my youngest daughter. Congrats on the subscribers, you deserve it 🙏
irish and armenian !! that is definitely a unique mix and HAHA that is annoying the olive skin genes skipped your generation but i bet you take more care in protecting your skin as a result! and thank you my love
I read Alive while my wife was about to give birth to our daughter, but any book about the crash in the Andes is interesting. My wife’s Uruguayan, so it adds to the interest for me. Amazing story.
omg wow an intense read whilst your daughter is being born, but then again i'm sure it made you appreciate how precious life is! I was tempted to read alive also, but ended up reading miracle in the andes as I heard it was more heartfelt being written by one of the survivors (:
Hi! I'm pretty new on booktube, and I kind of made a book tag to connect with other creators and stuff. It's about books that changed your life. I made a video about it but it's pretty self explanatory. So consider yourself nominated (If you want to hehe)
I might have guessed partly Middle Eastern but not specifically Iranian. I suppose if I could get an adult started reading and easy and fun book would be Hitchhiker's Guide.

Sharp Objects is awesome, definitely check it out!! I gave it 5 stars over a year ago and still think about the ending regularly
i'm actually reading it right now and i'm HOOKED

Ooh I truly think you would adore “Yellowface” by RF Kuang!! The satire and commentary present in this book are so cleverly written!!
eeeeeek so excited to read it
@ Aw I’m very excited to hear your thoughts on this book when you do happen to get the chance to read it
If you like survival books read into thin air. It's nonfiction but sooo good.
I’m actually reading it right now!
It’s just like a thriller- really enjoyable.
* immediately adds to my TBR list which is now at 401 * LOL

@@katerinareem I'm so sorry. I had my first day on the job today after 5 months off and I am not just tired but in pain.

Can someone who does not have a law degree work in a similar field as yours?
absolutely ! most people in business development at law firms don't have law degrees (:
Great name for a bookshop, the staff picks books section would be budding books🪴
ahhh omg i love it !!
