thank you! awesome! hopefully the weather holds off. the fish are in prespawn mode for sure and they are moving.... hourly it seems like. dont get locked in to one pattern or lure. try things out. its educated guess junk fishing i call it right now. i would start shallower on docks and then work out to points with brush then to shallower ditches. by working backwards you know they are coming towards you so you will intercept them at some point. stay tuned for tomorrows video as i give some juice up on lures and presentations for prespawn spots!
Well, I just fish there yesterday and couldn't find them nowhere. I look in treetops everywhere. I went to the banks nothing. Out of 14 fishermen only two caught a limit. 14lbs won it. I was fishing mid lake and I believe they were close to the Buford dam area. Just my take.
Lanier can be tough! especially this time of year when the fish are moving. you have to be willing to change lures and locations often to find fish. its like educated guess junk fishing. i have great informational videos coming out soon that give out some juice on lures and locations for prespawn bass so look out for those! stick with it! the fishing can be tough but we should have some great fishing days on lake soon.
@campetro10 Thank you, sir, for replying. I will be looking for more of your great videos. I tell you it was disheartening not to catch one at all. I study for two months to be ready for Lake Lanier. Channel swing, treetops, rocky points. I'm just starting the tournament season, and I'm already ready to throw in the towel. That tournament took a lot of wind out of my sail when I watched videos like yours and saw all those monsters spotted bass there. Thank you again for your inspiration to stay with it. I will.
