Cody, I was never a runner. Yesterday I ran the NYC marathon. I found a lifelong hobby in running, in large part because of this channel. When you started this, you said to "show up for yourself" - I've been doing that every day since. Cho choo!!

Yesterday I ran for 3mins on the treadmill, which I know is not much but two years ago I was bedridden for about 6 months with a stupidly angry chest infection and had to start from scratch. I was very nervous to even try running and I put it off for almost a year, but after watching your videos I started taking it step by step and I'm so happy! Hope the race went well :)

I felt your pain during the stitches. Literally the day before my first half marathon this year I cut my same finger on my knuckle. I was rocking the same finger splint on race day💪
