Made this last night. It tasted very good, but did not rise to the top of the loaf pan. It was more like half way. Maybe my pan is too big. Should I try doubling the ingredients?
I used a small pan (half size of the standard loaf pan) for this. You can double the batch for a bigger pan :)
What is the size of the loaf pan you used??
(8cm x 17.5cm x 6cm tin)It’s in the description :)
can I use b. soda instead of yeast?
Not sure as I haven’t tried it with baking soda…

is it green or brown buckwheat flour?
It says only “buckwheat flour” so don’t know. All of buckwheat flour I have access to say just buckwheat flour. No green or brown.
Seems it's green one. Brown buckwheat is the roasted one and would have quite strong taste and smell
