    Hello my friend! I like the sound of your videos. No music, but your own cooking music! It's like metallic percussions which set the rhythm. it's very pleasant to listen to😊. And the speed of your movements is impressive. another good and interesting recipe! Thanks from France.

    Very nice dish Chef. I thought you would coat it with corn starch but it's nice to see how you do without it. Maybe I should give that a try. My Latin American friend's parents tried my authentic Chinese cooking and they were very impressed to see how it was well prepared and tasted. When I added Chinese cooking wine in the wok, they were amazed with the smell. It gave them a good buzz so to speak. Also during Canada Day, there was a Chinese street food during the celebrations. I shared my photos to the restaurant workers and they were stunned of what they saw. So they gave me some free food to try. They treated me like Chinese Royalty lol. It's nice to see caucasian people like me can cook Chinese foods just as much as people from China. I look forward to your next dish Chef.

      Very few Caucasian take chinese cooking seriously like you. They don't even like chinese clever which is I find versatile knife. I have no though, that your cooking, the aromatic cooking smell generated during stir fry, will wake up the whole neighborhood, LOL..Thanks for watching.

    Looks delicious! I might try this same recipe with lotus root since I have harvested so much.
    And lots of lotus root pickles too.

    Looks good. Can I substitute different meat, such as, pork riblets or fish?

    • @toddstropicals
      @toddstropicals 23 дні тому +2

      I think the riblets would work good, you'd have to choose a very firm flesh fish to hold up to frying and then stir frying. Fish like Cobia, mahi, or wahoo would work.
