Sounds and looks the business. WHC are producing some great yeast, it's them & Crossmyloof for me these days for dried yeast. With the exception of one Harvey's slant from the MM I can't recall the last time I bought yeast from anywhere else.
@@woodbinefandango same! Always my go to! I like to use liquid for the random varieties to play with but the dried yeast game is amazing now!
