    Aloha Coach Al, awareness of this concept and creating a plan to implement improvement is key. Thanks so much. Knowing where you are and where you are going; you cover it all in the triangle. Puts badminton training into a workable perspective. Very useful blueprint to success. Awesome. It helps me a lot.

      Bro simple answer... Stop making excuses and using insta or ur phone in free time and also not any coach in the world and do for you, you have to do for your self.. so bro think about ur self and do, you can find exercise or technique anywhere but try to do..🙌🏻

    • @ALLiaoBadmintonCoaching
      @ALLiaoBadmintonCoaching  3 роки тому +4

      Hi Hrishiraj, first good luck on your exam and I believe you can do it well. Here are some training you can do at home
      1. Long distance running 10K / 5 K / 3K or 400 M sprint
      2. Skipping rope
      3. Footwork ( you can do anywhere as long as have the court space, you do not need to go to stadium still can practice
      4. Push up/Sit up / Swing / Wall hit / Plank
      This is some of them that you can try it to do
