Pain of AS is aggravated by prolonged sitting. You can get up & walk a few steps or stretch while sitting every 45 minutes to avoid stiffness & aggravation of pain.

You may be knowing everything & all the facts about AS but every warrior is not that fortunate. One of the biggest problems with AS is delayed diagnosis. That's true but accept the risk & take a leap of faith. Your mobility will improve & pain significantly reduce with hip replacement surgery.
