I’ve always noticed with the sigmas at work just come to work to do their jobs and leave. They don’t talk to many people at work and are solely focused on their tasks. The alphas treat the workplace like it’s some kind of fraternity or a social gathering like they feel the need to engage with everyone hence why they tend to stir up a lot of drama at work.
Exactly! I don't have time to make friends at work. It's a waste of time but frankly Ive always hated the small talk. My boss is an alpha who loves to micromanage but he's finally learned to just leave me alone because he knows I'll just push back.

I would quit a job if I didn't get my time off as needed. Phone off, tools removed, no contact for 3 weeks. Re-hired with a raise making my own schedule every time.
Sigma men have every strength an Alpha does, including social interaction, plus more regarding reading and understanding people. The ones that come to work, do their job and leave are merely antisocial and have no leadership qualities, they are not sigmas at all. The Alpha boss would love them, they challenge nothing. Let's call the Beta for this reason

They have always said that I don't know or follow tradition of which I also know that I don't follow tradition. I just want to do what is right in my eyes. But what funny thing is that once they oppose my facts and ideas,, they always run to me for solutions and apologise. My brother's son this morning told me that uncle we all rely on you and if you don't don't do this in our house (my brother's house) then we are fucked

Sigma or no Sigma..I feel this video is just a buildup so that if there is a Sigma listening..he gets a morale boost..this feels almost like an ego massage..and others who are not sigma and still listening, the video wants them to feel like they wanna become sigmas..eventually people like the video..and follow the channel because it gives them that cheap thrill with the legend of the Sigma Male..I could be wrong..but just a feeling..

The “lone wolf” and “the independent king lion” are poor zoological analogs of sigma personalities. Without a pack, lone lions and wolves are actually weaker in their environments. Indeed lions and wolves can be alphas within their packs. IMHO tigers and bears are true sigmas. These are solitary species. It’s in their biology. Just a thought.
