If your life is hard if there seems to be no way out just take a step back think of what you have already survived mentally physically and emotionally... it will give you strength to endure bcuz you at some point will realize that you can make it through anything which gives you the confidence to be strong and calm through any situation... if your life is hard and you want out of that situation stick with it think your way out of it you will be fine and you have to remember living in discomfort is where champions are made embrace it accept the challenge and as you start to chip away at them you start to see there's nothing that can break you... never quit never allow anything to cripple you or stop you and you'll see that you are capable of far more than you could have ever imagined. I can also read lips and in conjunction with the non-verbal info I can tell their intentions before they even approach. I can almost always detect their lies too.
