- Climbing To The Top Of Kenya's Burj khalifa - Tallest Building In Nairobi Kenya Shocked Me!!
Ug Connect from Uganda climbs to the top of the tallest building in Nairobi Kenya the KICC also known as the Kenyatta International Convention Center. This building is located in the city square of Nairobi and it houses very many important government offices #ugconnect #UgConnectInKenya #KICCkenyaNairobi #TallestBuildingInNairobiKenya
Actually that building,KICC is the 10th tallest building in Nairobi (currently). The first 9 tallest buildings are:Britam tower,GTC office tower,UAP building,GTC hottel tower, Times tower,Prism tower,GTC residential tower,Teleposta tower,KCB pension tower respectively.Nice quality video sir,as Usual am here to give you support unconditionally.Feel at home, feel loved and enjoy yourself, this is your country ❤❤❤.
It is not even 10th tallest building in Kenya. There are buildings in Mombasa city especially in kizingo that are taller than KICC talk of 88 condominium that is under construction in Nairobi.
Thanks guys for the feedback
@@kinyuabonface504288 isn't yet officially complete,as you can see my comment,I said Nairobi not Kenya sir.
Big up bro nice video
There's also Le-mac and parliament tower buildings, they should be after prism.
Looking at Nairobi’s skyline proves Kampala is actually a joke. I’m Ugandan but I’m watching this with shame, we have the same leader for 35years and the country looks like crap, Kenya has its organized democracy and the country is striving. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching brother
True bro. For uganda to reach Kenya's standard we need 30 more years since we have already wasted so many years on non essential things
But you forget that Uganda has had so many wars and with wars, you do not expect growth and development. It is a gradual process. Would you like another war? It will destroy what we have achieved
But I think the discovery of oil in uganda will change your country
@@geowales8398 which wars😂
Damn! Kenyans have left us behind..... this is actually impressive stuff!
This building was completed in 1973...all the same we're all East African brothers
Uptown is always clean. That building you were Is called KICC, it has been there for almost 50 years now.
We love you
Karibu Kenya
Learn Swahili because you are an East African and most of the East African speak Swahili
Thanks alot dear
That building was completed in 1974 if am not wrong,it has been around for decades and it's the one that mostly hosts international Conferences here in Kenya .
Thanks for the info
Absolutely amazing view of Nairobi. Really enjoying your videos. Thanks so much!
Thanks Karen
Amazing content and I like the way you interacted with the Kenyans. I have been to Uganda for some time and I can say both are wonderful countries.
The friendship between Kenya and Uganda is a special relationship akin to the one between the US and Britain. We feel most comfortable in each other's country, as well as in our cousin's Rwanda.
Very true have lived in Uganda I feel foreign in Kenya
Nice one, keep the video coming
I love your enthusiasm. Whether you're in upcountry Uganda, Kampala or Nairobi city, your presentations are great!

Beautiful Nairobi city Kenya 🇰🇪🇰🇪 Welcome again and again in Kenya..
Thanks alot dear
@@ugconnect you are welcomed our brother from Uganda 🤝🇰🇪🇰🇪
Nairobi developed at the crossroads between the savanna grasslands towards the east( where the JKIA airport and the park is) and a tropical rain forest towards the west as you approach the central Highlands. That's why one side of Nairobi is so green and full of trees and the other side is a flat plains land.
Thank you for the info
Im from kenya n yes we are developed but a win for kenya is a win for uganda n a win for uganda is a win for kenya we love yall 🔥🔥🔥🔥♥️♥️♥️♥️🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪

Me to Dee but fuck I've missed my home♥️♥️🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪254
I believe the best 360 degree view of Nairobi is atop a building in Westlands. It will give you great views of Nairobi CBD, Upper hill, Westlands, Adjacent Parklands and Kilimani (and beyond).
Above GTC office tower, the best view.
The small park or sitting area at the former Hilton hotel is popularly known as the JOBLESS Corner.
To be honest, Nairobi is far better. Kampala because of wars, economic meltdowns, and contraction, we are far back. Uganda, we need to construct our city on a linear basis, but in kampala, you find buildings are constructed bila mpango.
Well said bro
Uganda has not had war since the 80s. So that's an excuse. Rwanda genocide stopped their economy for a long time and destroyed so much, but they were able to rebuilt because they focused on their economy. Uganda is behind because our leaders are greedy and self-centered. They do not use the money as its supposed to be used. Our leaders are not patriotic. Most of them come from poverty, so the only way out of it is stealing government money.
When Sebaggala was Mayor, he tried putting busses and garbage bins in the city. What did Ugandans do? They destroyed all those things. Jennifer Musisi came and also tried to make the city beautiful. What did Ugandans do? They trashed the city and destroyed the waterfall. They need to put strict laws and make sure people are taking care of these infrastructures. Jennifer was bullied until she left, but she had good intentions for Kampala.
I recently saw taxis driving on those paved roads they put on Kampala road. Those roads are for pedestrians, but vehicles still squeeze themselves on at paved road. Why? Nobody is enforcing anything. Those cars need to be ticketed and followed up. The Ugandan system does not work, that's it.
Woow my beautiful country 🇰🇪🇰🇪my mother land thank you for visiting Kenya the capital of Africa
Thanks for watching
UG connector kudoz!
Thanks
Nairobi really looks beautiful
Thanks for watching
This is your season to shine Brighter and Greater
Thanks brother
Kindly make sure you visit upper hill business district.
What i see is what i expected coz since when i was a kid i have been hearing Nairobi as the biggest city in East and central africa to an extent that in my nursery school we were made to sing songs about it so its such a great city according to african standards i must say...
About swahili u can also learn it from Uganda or as u said its one of ur missions that means u will have to spend some yrs in kenya to learn it.
Meanwhile when u happen to get back to Uganda i pray that u find the highest point around Kampala city and do a 360 just like u did so we can see how Kampala looks from its highest summit.
Another thing i have liked just like i have always complained about Kampala so far no swams of bodabodas and vendors all over so generally the chaos is less compared though am not sure about deep down town.
Well said bro, Thanks for watching
Good job brother, I have just subscribed to your channel today, from Dolphine 254. Hope you find time and pay a visit other Kenyan cities
Thanks alot brother
Am so delighted coz I've ever been to Nairobi in that exact place (KICC)for a business conference.. Thanks bro.
Thanks for watching
Now it’s our turn as Kenyans to visit our neighbors Uganda. If there is one thing that would make me take a one way ticket to Uganda is Matooke! I tasted Once in Busia boarder and I can’t wait to eat it again!😅
Ooh yeah, You should indeed visit sometime
wawoo am a Ugandan but e truth is Nairobi is great 👍
Thanks for watching
Those ridges you've mentioned are ngong hills in Kajiado county ,the other ones are Mua hills in Machakos county
Thanks for the info
You should visit Ngong Hills Lawrence, check out the views from there, the wind mills etc etc Plus it's on the flight path to JKIA you probably glided past the hills on your flight! 😊
Karibu Kenya bro
Thanks bro
🤣🤣❤️❤️ Nairobi Kenya my brother in Uganda kambala we welcoming you all 🙏🙏🙏
Thanks
Welcome to Kenya 🇰🇪 bro.
Thanks
Thanks very much for the great work bro, but truth is that as Uganda, we still have a very long way to go though we have the ability to be at the same level except that our systems are lacking
Thanks for watching
Well known landmark , like the tallest buildings in Uganda. You always remember them as part of the skyline . This trip will stay in your mind for a long time
Yes indeed bro
Nairobi skyline is good, many buildings more than in Kampala
Thanks for watching
I remember seeing this building in our primary four book in 2000
Good to know
You are at home my brother we are one Africa 🤝❤️
Thanks
That building is a trademark icon in Nairobi!
Thanks for watching
Where there is buses (KBS and CITY HOPPA) it's called Kencom Stage

Oooh poor Lawrence! Now that’s a challenge for you to learn Swahili. 😂Though most of Kenyans speak English but the local conversation is always in Swahili. Plus we were taught that Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania speak Swahili, most definitely assume Ugandans can speak Swahili. 😅
In Uganda Swahili is mostly used by security
@@ugconnectI remember I was in Lumino in Uganda walking while it was dark 🌑 and the police asked me 'Kwa Nini unatembea nyeusi nyeusi'😅😅😅 .That phrase made my year
The area is nice
Thanks for watching
Indeed theres alot to do to bring development to uganda we are like 30years behind Kenya.
True, it's also because there was state collapse in Uganda for 30yrs. The so called liberation wars of 78-79, 81-86. The war in eastern and northern Uganda. For all that time Kenya was growing un interrupted
@@katimboallan4605 nop we also had our dictator president moi.. who did almost nothing for almost 30 years.. actually Kenya started taking off after 2002 when president kibaki took over.. we've been on upward trajectory since then
Make sure when you're back share this video with kampala capital city authority about clean streets and organized skyscrapers...
Thanks for watching and appreciating
Oh boy, that is the tallest dwarf building in Nairobi currently😁😁😁😁😁
Im Kenyan and i need a trip to Uganda Asap. Visit Entebbe, Jinja and the famous Kampala. Please tag for me a tours and travel agency in Ug.

Now bro you need to visit the real estates of Nairobi like upper hill, Westlands, Karen kileleshwa muthaiga
Indeed, I'm visiting soon

As you can see....
Was it in Mbarara where you said, it's very hot?
What's the weather like in Nairobi Kenya? You have closed very well and it looks like it's not that hot.
It's actually not that hot in Nairobi
It's been raining of late
Nairobi generally cold as it lies along the highlands
You actually look like Wode Maya from Ghana.
Ohhhhh
Tell Dolphin to take u to kilimani and kileleshwa for a tour on apartments
Noted
There are more than 10 buildings taller than KICC. It stopped being the tallest in the 90s.
Thanks for watching dear
True ,there are many in fact at upperhill estate
It's the highest viewpoint in the city. There are taller buildings but can't fit as the best viewpoint
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thanks
Kenya is one of my favorite countries in East Africa
Thanks for watching
Tebakusala Ensawo mwana wa Maama. The phone snatchers !
😂😂😂 tebasobola
That's only the view. But KICC is 12th tallest building in Nairobi not the tallest. Go to upperhill Nairobi
How do you manage the safety of instruments, phones and camera from snatchers because kenya is onather thing
Come on bro, what did you loose while you were here vlogging? Are you relying on myths and misconceptions? Like any other society I accept we're not perfect but you can't judge the whole nation that if someone here we rob him.
You see our country is reformed, we don't snatch phone nowadays. We are organized country with everything.😅😅😅
You should have zoomed in on buildings far into the horizon.
Next time
