Please do more of these kitchen workouts! As a homeschooling Mom of 4, I often don't have a room to workout in by myself and it can be very distracting. The kitchen workout idea is amazing!
I have followed your various routines since March in the UK when the virus hit everyone. However when the hot weather hit us here (plus holidays and short illness) I did get lazy and stop. Back now with a vengeance and loving this and your new routines. My knees have benefitted. Keep up the great work!!!

I am new here and I loved this workout. I have been cooking a lot since this pandemic. So now I have a great workout to do while doing my worst chore . We grill a lot but still have things in oven and stove top. So now I'll be having fun doing it !Plus start losing the pandemic pounds !

I just did this all the way through for the first time. I generally like to do a short workout before getting ready for bed, after which I read for a while to slow down. It works as well in the bedroom as it does in the kitchen and is perfect for that! I had trouble with the golfer one due to hip bursitis but I think the other exercise where you lean into the counter may be helpful for hip bursitis. With two knee replacements and hip bursitis I do sometimes have to make adjustments, but overall not too often, and since you are targeting an older demographic I’m sure many others have similar limitations.

Hey Julia! You are so kind. However, I don't have a record of exact name/styles. Well, I do, but not handy. UGh- sorry. Countertops are quartz and backsplash is called white irregular subway tile. Floors are Luxury vinyl tile - gray (I picked the one that resembled a real wood look) - sorry, not much help there!
GREAT to hear this! I love aquatic exercises! I do a class once a week at my gym. I am also an aquatic therapist. I have always wanted to do a video for aquatic, but then it doesn't really make sense as people wouldn't bring their phones/laptops to watch, right? Haha ?? Maybe an instructional video on my fav pool exercises?

Dear Jenni I SO love this workout, I want to do it every day as a warm up! Would that overwork my quads to you think? Also, on most of the leg exercises I put on a leg weight (that velcroes around my ankle.
Love this! It's inevitable that I will be spending time in the kitchen so I might as well make it worthwhile. The only down side is that I generally use my Apple Watch as motivation and I don't think I can really track this because I am sure the exercises will be interrupted by those silly interruptions that cooking cause!

Jenny McClendon I am subscribed, been exercising with you for 2 or 3 months now, and told a few others about you. I’m the type who needs motivation and the watch does that for me. My favorite videos are the one with weights and the cardio boxing. I’m not used to the one with resistance bands yet. The exercises sort of target the same areas as the one with weights, don’t they? I also love the impromptu one on Facebook, I wish it was on UA-cam too. It would be easier to find that way.
Oh, good - sorry, it's not showing that you are. Thanks! Resistance bands, yes, they target the same muscles, but in different ways - you get resistance in two ways with bands (like the going up and the going down for example)

Great exercises. Love your kitchen. Can you share your ideas (e.g., countertop color, type, subway tile, etc. flooring color and make, etc.). Best, BTW we are getting ready to redo our kitchen...
Hey Julia! You are so kind. However, I don't have a record of exact name/styles. Well, I do, but not handy. UGh- sorry. Countertops are quartz and backsplash is called white irregular subway tile. Floors are Luxury vinyl tile - gray (I picked the one that resembled a real wood look) - sorry, not much help there!

GREAT to hear this! I love aquatic exercises! I do a class once a week at my gym. I am also an aquatic therapist. I have always wanted to do a video for aquatic, but then it doesn't really make sense as people wouldn't bring their phones/laptops to watch, right? Haha ?? Dear Jenni I SO love this workout, I want to do it every day as a warm up! Would that overwork my quads to you think? Also, on most of the leg exercises I put on a leg weight (that velcroes around my ankle.
Love this! It's inevitable that I will be spending time in the kitchen so I might as well make it worthwhile. The only down side is that I generally use my Apple Watch as motivation and I don't think I can really track this because I am sure the exercises will be interrupted by those silly interruptions that cooking cause!

Jenny McClendon I am subscribed, been exercising with you for 2 or 3 months now, and told a few others about you.
I’m the type who needs motivation and the watch does that for me.
My favorite videos are the one with weights and the cardio boxing. I’m not used to the one with resistance bands yet. The exercises sort of target the same areas as the one with weights, don’t they?
I also love the impromptu one on Facebook, I wish it was on UA-cam too. It would be easier to find that way.

Resistance bands, yes, they target the same muscles, but in different ways - you get resistance in two ways with bands (like the going up and the going down for example)
