Usually, if they are true then they follow the rules , but corrupted ones leave them be. Once my mom went to the police to do a GD and she said that that my father was her husband. They were literally harrassing her and did not let her file the GD. Later on, as my father was also a chief public prosecutor, there was case where he had to sign , else the officer wouldn't be able to join his job. He brought a cup of tea and smiled and the officer was extremely panicking because of the shit he had done. So the reason is that most people are scared af the power advocates hold if they are correct and true to themselves.

I know it's a little over but I witnessed all this in front of my own eyes and can confirm dad was looking like a mafia who was just trying to show his power. Just think of that moment, people wearing all black jamming the national highway airplane passing over heads and dad's standing in front saying do whatever you can do. Love your attitude dad miss those days when you were a young stud personality obviously never harmed anyone instead helped a lot of them. *
