@mrdangiles90:You know friend I had a little argument about just that, I told my mate he is going to be up there with the top owners within the next 18 months tops. Sir Gino, Lulamba, Salvator Mundi, Dancing City, Anzadam, Kitzbuhel, Jungle Boogie to name just some maybe heading to Cheltenham Festival. In fact he's already a Top Owner friend.
Correct trainers seem frightened to find out how good their horses are untill the big festivals so they can have a good day out instead of going to sedgfield
Always going to get low entries being a week before the Dublin racing festival. Its poor planning with the fixture list not trainers and owners fault. Why would you run at naas today in a grade 3 where realistically the best you can hope for is 2nd (7k prize money) when you can go to the drf next Sunday and run in a 2 mile listed hurdle that’s 88k to the winner ?
@@lukemichael7772 entries suggest there are plenty of trainers and hundreds of horses doing neither. Today was a training gallop for a grade 3… Blame the fixture list if you like but I know Naas would prefer to keep the race and get some runners.
@ end of the day it costs an owner the same to send a loser to the races as it does a winner. Entry fees jockey fees transport costs all not cheap. And like I say there’s a race at the drf a week today that’s 4 times the prize money that was on offer today. Can’t give people 2 options a week apart then moan when the majority of them pick the big money race at a top class meeting. The race next week has 34 entries so no problem with small fields there perhaps naas should put the prize money up if they want bigger fields 🤷🏻♂️
@MI-nw8uo been a while since ye won in yere own backyard mate in fairness. A domination every year. At least this year ye might give us a decent run 👍😂😂😂😂

@lean2281 ....I dunno. Mullins will know if Anzadam is superior to Lossiemouth, that's what I'm basing my view on. Elliott and O'Leary want winners above all and does Mullins want to run 3 in the Champ Hurdle ? Don't get me wrong , a Champ Hurdle with CH , Lossiemouth, Stateman, Anzadam and Brighterdaysahead would be a race for the ages....
@lean2281 ....yeah I'm clueless. 9/10 profitable festivals suggests otherwise. But hey , even though you don't know me you judge me clueless because my opinion differs to yours. Bet you're fun to go out on the lash with....
You just witnessed the next champion hurdle winner and the one to take CH unbeaten record away. Cheltenham is cup final day for Willie, this is why he sent Lossie to Kempton against CH. wait until you see how good this next star is
@bentonks7751 yes for sure wil be a very good luky 15 and also nicky looks to have a good set this year the any other year and also looking forward for the new lion see what he can do for jp
How can anyone get excited after this....he's beat a 3 miler 11 year old. To talk about the champion hurdle on what he has done is crazy, yes has all the potential in the world, but the champion hurdle?
This was such a poor line up I don't think it deserves to be included in his form. Literally has beaten a pair of cart horses. Makes CH win in the Unibet look like decent form....and that race was dire.
Can only beat what’s infront of you but people don’t half get carried away that’s a race where you learn nothing people talking about a champion hurdle already no chance
A walk in the park for the favourite

Owners & trainers cannot complain about prize money if they refuse to put up runners: this was a significant race, three runners is demeaning
very much so ,,good prize money on offer ,what a farce .the same yesterday with CH

I take it the Irish lads on hetre wont slag this off like they did yesterday with CH

On Anzadam along with Sir Gino, Lulamba, and Dancing City for a Donnelys Festival Lucky 15 👍
Absolutely agree pal 💯 percent
@MartinCollins-t9s I think Henderson alone will have a great festival but a nice mix between Mullins and NH with these 👍

Ok, pal, maybe a little early, but he definitely will have potential for it further down the line.

Wouldn't say no chance, but this race taught us zilch. A listed class horse would have done the same to those 2.
