Keeping it Real: How I Stay Organized with My A5 Filofax Malden

In my A5 Filofax Malden, I use a combination of GTD (Getting Things Done) and Franklin Covey's method with a day of two pages.
In this video, I am trying to explain the way I use this planner to be more productive and stay on top of the tasks.

I am a fan of DIYFish’s planner layout. I was wondering whether this would be useful to you as you have a week’s appointment foldout so you don’t have to re-write your appointments from your weekly planner to daily.

How do you like the vertical week. The day per page looks realy great. These Philofaxy layouts and fantastic.I somehow am unable to fit all I need in vertical week slim columns. I am week on the left, notes on the right person.

Honestly, I don't like it. I just use it because the planner came with it. The next year I will probably buy either a week on two pages (horizontal) or will be using a custom one.

@@Noteability Yep, I am in the same boat. The only thing in Europe is that all Filofax layouts comes with like 6 language translations of week days, months etc and it just occupies the page so much. I prefer to use either Plotter or Amazon US Filofax English only versions inserts. Enjoying your videos a lot, please do continue :-)

Same here - A5 version of week on left, notes on right is perfect for me. If I have a busy day I just insert a single extra sheet - doesn't happen often as am retired. I have learnt just ignore and write over all the surplus day info in assorted languages.
