I love the Green Escape. I've ordered from them a few times and I've never had a problem. Plants are always healthy and packaged really well. I do remove the plugs, however, because for some reason I feel like they restrict the roots. But that's just "my" feeling.

Do you remove it later on, or do you just completely leave it that way. Is not gonna hurt the plants later on ?
