मान्यवर रोहन अभिलाषा में रहता हूं।बहुत ही अच्छा वातावरण है, कृपया यदि संभव हो अभिलाषा से बाहर वाघोली लोहेगांव रोड पर आते ही जरूरत दक्षिण सीधे नगर रोड जोड़ने वाली लिंक रोड की व्यवस्था,एवम सयोंग निसर्ग ने रोड को बाउंड्री से घेर कर अनथोराइज्ड मंदिर निर्माण को रोड से हटा कर दूसरे जगह विस्थापित करना चाहिए।इससे रोहन अभिलाषा वासियों को सीधा खराड़ी आईटी पार्क में जाने का रास्ता मिल जायेगा,वागेश्वर,नगर रोड पर जा से मुक्ति मिल जायेगा। धन्यवाद।
All - I am a customer of Rohan Builders India and I live in Rohan Abhilasha, Pune. And since last 2.5 years of possession , my flat has seepage issues (some extreme, some minor). And all I’ve got in the name of fixing is ‘wait.. post monsoon..no agencies.. etc etc etc’ Oh and btw - this is not only with my flat .. but more than 100 units have put up a seepage complaints and more adding up with time. Some major construction fault - people may even look for legal options for compensation. Very soon.
I request CNBC awaz to visit Rohan Abhilasha once more and highlight the flaws that is being delivered rather forced upon customers. This technology has not been used carefully and hence resulted into development of 2bhk apartments with a severe flaw where the door of master bedroom on opening overlaps half of the attached bathroom door. So, one cannot enter the bathroom freely, without shutting the master bedroom door every time you. This flaw has been corrected in other buildings but Builder is not ready to accept this as a flaw and not compensating the customers for their already devalued property. The defect is majorly in A3 building and apart from this severe seepage can be seen in ceilings. Please highlight the same when you have covered good you should cover bad part as well for the benefit of customers.
I agree, Quality of Rohan is pathetic, the engineering is not as made to be of 7th star rating, I have shared Rohan Mithila issues, but builder does not care, the club house is not ready
its seems within 3 months rates are increased.Here in video 1 bhk price mentioned is 28-29L all inclusive and 2 bhk is from 45-55L.but in actual rohan Quoting 33L for 1 bhk and 55 for 2 BHK .
