@@jackreacher7791 Lifting max weights won't help you brother, in real life it's the one with the most endurance and with real power inside him, that is in overal the most complete in his shoes for every circontences. Go enjoy your gym lel.
@@jackreacher7791 why would you even need huge legs for ????? You can train legs by doing military style body weight squads or running and sprinting for example it improves the overall functionality and stamina which is way more helpful then having gigantic useless legs.
if only he does squat godset he would be the best ever, like 2000,3000 squats , 1000 squat 1000 lunges straight .............. it's rarely when i see a calisthenics guy do legs
I can definitely agree with that. At my local parks - if you ask anyone about their current weakpoint - most of them would say legs. Often they just don't inform themselves about how to train them properly, because they are just not intereseted enogh -> Even if you show them something like sissy-squats or pistol squats.

He did a barbarian requirements video on his channel at the end and just like we all knew it he could not complete the requirements in good form. You must see! The pushups and dips and pullup was very poor range like prison pump workout. Only thing good was muscle ups. It's too bad for him he waited so long to make video now he's to old and pass his prime.
