I remember trying to learn slappy after watching the video H-Street Hokus Pokus 1990. I was in my senior year in Tempe Arizona. I remember going to my friend's apartment after school and doing slappy for hours and hours. The curb was painted red and slanted and not square like the curb in this video. These were the first time I wore my trucks to the axles. That slanted curb made it easier to do the trick. There is no such thing as curb wax. Just going faster if I wanted to grind farther.
So Ace going this over 20mph slappy on a square curb makes it even harder than those slanted curb that I was doing it on plus not even close to going this fast.
