Or yours is most likely normal and high. As long as your choosing high pressure instead of low pressure. Low is for delicate stuff like hard boiled eggs etc. Let me know how it turns out for you

I love Locknlock and have a lot of it. It just happened to work so well upside for a cake holder. Either go on their website or download their app and search the keyword Locknlock. Do you mean what's the name of my Instant Pot? It's the Instant Pot Duo Gourmet. But settings mostly the same on any with the exception of Sous Vide

Then you would use the high setting on yours. I just looked up pro model. You have lots more than me. You just need to use high setting
