@@WhatsUpwithDJNow I scrolled through there and was immediately excited about the air fryer recipes. I'm going to have to take a good look at the instant pot ones too.
Room temperature eggs are good for baking because they blend more evenly in batters and help the dough rise more easily than cold eggs straight out of the fridge. Cold eggs, on the other hand, can result in lumpy batter, a make for longer cooking times.
We're currently in Portugal, and I don't think we could find all of these ingredients :(( I now have such a craving for Key Lime Pie cheesecake! I'd love to see a chocolate cheesecake recipe and a baked cheesecake 😃❤ ~ Mandy
Chocolate is definitely on my list to do. Also Oreo cause I love Oreos. I just want pumpkin and eggnog because of the holidays. I will have to do some in the oven for sure as well.
@@WhatsUpwithDJNow Excellent! We didn't really have eggnog when I was a kid in New Zealand, and we boil or roast pumpkin similar to potatoes, so both of your ideas sound so interesting to this Antipodean 😁😃 ~ Mandy
What would the cooking time be if I used the egg bite mold for cheesecake bites? I've been making cheesecake in my instant pot for awhile and for a NYCC it's 28 min (7" size). The key lime is 40. I was just wondering about the bites. Thank you for the info.
I'm afraid I've never made using the egg bites mold. I did a Google search and found this recipe which is for just normal cheesecake, but done in the mold and it says 8 min high pressure with 10 min natural release. I guess I would consider that time or so. I'm including the link for you to see yourself. Please let me know how long you do and if it works. I'd love to do it in the egg bites mold in the future. Here's the recipe I looked at. fabeveryday.com/recipe/instant-pot-mini-cheesecake-bites#wpurp-container-recipe-22706

Excellent!
Glad you liked. You should try it. Thanks for watching
So interesting about the cream cheese and eggs having to be room temperature. What would happen if they came straight out of the fridge? ~ Mandy
