Thanks so much for this. Still unsure on gluing mine. I'll definitely glue the door but with all the anchor points(d rings, e track, cabinets) on the floor, do you think glue is really necessary?
The trailer was at Sonoma Raceway over the weekend and I noticed some small bubbles when it was at the hottest parts of the day..but they go away again when it cools down.
For going over new plywood I like to use a primer (available in most flooring departments at big box stores) first. It seals the wood to keep it from pulling the moisture out of the adhesive and dries with a texture that helps the adhesive bond better.
It depends on the size of trailer (there’s a link on www.garageasylum.com for G-Floor) direct purchase of the materials. Labor depends on the condition(s) of the trailer (new vs. used) probably allow $200-300 for installation (+prep).
Awesome! Thank you for posting! Did G-Floor do the logo printing for you as well?
Yes, G-Floor does customer logo(s) on the flooring selected.

Adhesive will keep it from bubbling and stretching with use.
Looks like you skim coated with leveler before gluing? Recommended?
The floor had some damage so we filled some areas and then used a primer coating - it helps with adhesion.
So question why u didn't put D-rings or E-tracks down before do to after just asking
They were added afterwards so the trim holds down the flooring edges.
What kind of adhesive did you use?
It came with the flooring.
Has the glue used on this flooring held up overtime? Any movement or bubbling of the vinyl?

Have you tried using vinyl tape?
No, we’ve just fully glued trailers.
What size trowel?
1/16x1/16x1/16 Trowel
*Always check the manufacturer’s recommendations (things can change) on their adhesive bucket.
What brand of glue did you use?
The adhesive G-Floor supplies.

@garageasylumproductions1913 sorry I'm a year late but what kind of primer? Like a paint primer?
