WOW! This is a fantastic deal. I've been scouring the Italian market just out of curiosity and this is by far the best deal I have seen. You even said it was negotiable! If I had the money I would buy it immediately! Also this is not a 1 Euro house, its a 'superior' market house. I'm not sure why this house is so cheap, repair work isn't that expensive from my understanding.
Yes - it is a great deal! Because there are so few actual 1 euro houses, but LOTS of 'bargain' houses in the same towns, our site lists homes up to €50K from these small, depopulated towns. You can browse through video tours of other properties on our channel.
You should Visit that place first and foremost! And the you should answer yourself: what in God's Sake would you Do there? 😞😓

The house is liveable now - all the repairs are mainly updating/cosmetic - so it would really come down to how much you wanted to change.

@@larryjernigan2947 right now there is only 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. So the main expense would be putting these back in on the other side. But I've had architects tell me that you can do a kitchen or bath in Italy for around €5k. But as with all things, I'm sure it depends on what options you choose.
