This is a pretty cool property. I love the extra rooms that would make nice workshops or a woman "cave" to escape the husband and kids lol. And of course to rent out. I dont know why I still look at these videos and I have my house but I am always so interested in whats available
Your videos are great. Thank you. But a little tip, which you could use: sometimes you encounter absolutely dark areas, which still could be of a great interest. Maybe you could carry a small flashlight, as long as you still have a second hand free. It would at least give a glimpse of dark corners of the property
@@elderlybody I'm not currently living in Italy and most of my trips are to Sicily. But eventually I would like to also add videos from the mainland. Glad you like them!
@@Renovita_Italy those houses would require too much work. We would prefer to pay more and buy a house that is habitable with features like high or vaulted ceilings or courtyard like in this sold house I made a first comment on. Thanks in advance for links 😄
@@MariolaMakarczuk you can have a look through the properties on renovita.net. You can also reach out to the agents listed on the site's Services Directory to ask if they are aware of anything similar. I'm heading back there in late May and will keep an eye out for something like this.
Actually, I think it is priced well. If you split the properties, it would be something like €35K for the habitable property and €15K for the one that needs renovation. That is pretty in line with other places in Sambuca.

Thanks! Yes, I'll make note of it for next time I'm there.
@@Renovita_Italy thanks, but still love listening to your videos=)
Is it possible you'll add some mainland realty reviews?

Absolutely fantastic! Do you have anything similar in your portfolio at the moment?

Very interesting property. Looks like two or more properties combined. How far is this from the sea? Is this property habitable as is?
@@ew9522 thank you.
A bit pricey I think, but one of the houses is in a nice livable condition.

Would you be willing to bring a handheld flashlight with you to these showings please?
location, location, location all is matter. Buying cheap is like owning nothing !!
