Hi Carmel! Yes, you can leave it rolled up until the next day. I would wrap it well in plastic wrap once it cools down to prevent it from drying. Enjoy!
Hi! It only makes a difference in the amount of time it will take you to make the frostings and creams. You can absolutely make my recipes with a hand mixer, just adjust the timing.
@@TatyanasEverydayFood oh it wasn't because it melted. It never hold as it should. But I believe it wasn't because of the recipe. Our confectioners sugar in my country may be different than the ones you can find there. The cake was awesome though. I should thank you for it 🙏🏻

Cake is on point but the cream didn't work dor me. It was too runny :/ it still tastes delicious though.
Sorry to hear that! Whipped cream can melt easily. When that happens, just place the frosting into the refrigerator for 1 hour, then whisk again.

I took a few extra minutes to roll it since I was filming, it started to cool really fast. Try to roll as soon as you take it out of the oven :)
