Leaders will at some point be challenged. When it happens courage must be present, which will be the reason the challenge comes as a test to see if you the leader believe in what you present. Good list....

Hello Deepali. Sometimes, even after repeated tries from your end, if you think that the person ain't changing, its best to distance yourself from them. "What you focus on, grows"! Sometimes getting out of the drama, give you so much more wider perspective and most importantly gives YOU mental peace! :)

When someone says don’t sing, you must sing. Someone says you are not good enough, you find a way to be good enough. You find a way to be so better, better than the one they have in their life. Someone says you are not beautiful enough, you show them that they will never find anyone like you again. When someone says, you are not educated enough, you find a way and become more educated.
And when those people return to you, you let them go. You do not accept anyone who once devalued you and could not see your potential.

Dear Robin, I am a regular viewer of your videos. I love your thoughts and the way you communicate your ideas to uplift our lives. I thank you and appreciate you for what you are doing. I was wondering if you can share some ideas on how to balance daily small tasks with big dreams? I feel overwhelmed by errands (in both personal life and work), and they always come with a forceful urgency - that the distraction required to get it done becomes a necessity.

LOVE your work Robin - first heard you six days ago and I've been in the 5 o'clock club ever since. I listen to you every morning to keep myself growing in the right direction! However in this clip you said you won't say "fall" for autumn and then a minute later you said "I can't wait to execute my delivery goals ..." how does the word "execute" affect your subconscious? Whoops, human!

At a work training yesterday, the man sitting next to me asked if he could offer me an observation “from 36,000 feet.” It was solid advice about getting promoted and I asked him later if he was a manager (we hadn’t discussed titles/role when met; just groups and locations).
He asked how I figured out that he was a manager. I responded that associates would never use phrasing like “from 36,000 feet” because it implies we are higher up in the company and have that level of authority.
It turns out that his earlier unsolicited advice was about focusing less on getting promoted and instead trying to do the best job possible that will lead to recognition and promotion. And we agreed that it’s worth trying to use language like “from 36,000 feet” and “in my experience” that subtly suggests I have authority and expertise.
