[00:00:04] So this is our little historic town of Perryville we're coming up on. We've been here 30 years and we love it just fine. Now that car's not on fire. They're just having a little radio thing. So this is a new little coffee shop called the Salted Honey Cafe. I've had some pretty salty honeys myself. Usually a food truck or two over here on the side. There's our little river. This house is about a mile and a half out. Oh, by the way, a little historic downtown. I can't drive and hold the camera and point and be on Facebook and be on UA-cam all the same time. Well, I try anyway. So this town's about 600 or 700 people. It used to be a big deal around the civil war times up until maybe the 20s. Got a little dollar general there, which is great. Oh, my God. They sell bacon, black beans, beer, a lot of other B words, and bread. But you can get almost anything there. And it's really great in a pinch. Where was I? I interrupted myself, Oh, about 700 people, 2 convenience stores, a school, probably 6 churches, 7 churches, maybe. And then we're right here. I love this house. The bedrooms are huge. Lots of spaces. The hollywood bathroom is supercool. If I will own this house I will turn that one space in office for home business and one space for library. And that one space for rentals like bed and breakfast. The kitchen is outstanding both for home and business. The garage and shop is so cool. This house is really good for living and investment

We are originally from bronston/Somerset area.. my daughter is in the Navy and we live in Portsmouth Virginia. She is about a year away from finishing up her third tour.. so I told her about your amazing channel here because we will be coming back to KY. We have another daughter that is in Nancy.. so will definitely look be looking in that and surrounding areas. We've always had horses so we're looking for a property that we can at least have a couple. And a small farm that we can raise our own livestock and gardening. Thanks for all you share we are not quite ready to buy yet.. but we are in the market!!

Dollar general sells beer lol awesome- nice place I would set up a mini RV park and rent it out to make extra money - plant some fruit trees around the perimeter and and grow some veges- how much was it land and the home

From the weather chart looks good all year-long, very little snow, very little rain, awesome my kind of weather.
My kind of kitchen too, what I couldn't do with that place, make my own little pond the size I want.

It's a lovely house with good quality cabinetry and appliances. As others have noted, it needs more trees and landscaping around it. The downstairs "bedroom" is not a bedroom for good reason. In case of fire, the occupants could become trapped, so please don't encourage its use as a bedroom. Your description of engineered flooring is quite accurate, though the flooring people will disapprove. Some engineered flooring can be refinished only once, and very carefully at that. The garage/shop and equipment is a major asset.
If it wasn't overpriced it should have sold promptly.

As far as watching, etc - people just like my weird humor I guess. Plus I've been doing it since UA-cam was less than a year old. Isn't it weird how so many different people get so many different successes with different avenues. Some people have great results with websites, others have a site from the 90s. :-) Our agents AND the sellers love the videos too, so I keep making them. :-D
