- 1. Stay calm. If you seem rushed or stressed, the members will feel even more rushed and stressed.
2. Buy yourself some time with the warm-up. If you need to have them go for a 200-400m jog so you can game plan, that's fine.
3. Split the class in half when equipment or space is limited. Tell them exactly who is starting at which station-- don't leave it up to them to choose.
4. Pay closer attention to the newer members who need more guidance. Have them all workout in the same area of the gym so you can more easily keep an eye on them.
5. Enjoy the energy! Big classes should feel fun for everyone involved!
