1. Stay calm. If you seem rushed or stressed, the members will feel even more rushed and stressed. 2. Buy yourself some time with the warm-up. If you need to have them go for a 200-400m jog so you can game plan, that's fine. 3. Split the class in half when equipment or space is limited.
