Hey y'all! This recipe was super easy to make !! This is just a reel clip for social but here is the full recipe
what you'll need:
1 box store bought brownie mix
1 eggs
veggie oil
water
Pancake mix
water
Ice cream Chocolate syrup
Directions:
Preheat your oven and cook brownies according to box instructions.
Remove brownies from the oven and cool completely
Once brownies are cooled cut into desired size pieces, then freeze brownies for one hour, this is simply to make sure the brownies are solid before frying.
In a medium size frying pan, add about 5 to 6 cups of vegetable oil to the frying pan, and preheat over medium heat. You want the pan filled halfway with oil.. but be careful not to over fill.
Mix the pancake mix according to box instructions ( I used about 2 cups of mix, and about 1 -1/12 cup water.. I wanted a nice cream batter that wasn't too thick or too loose.)
Remove brownies from the freezer once they are pretty solid.
Once the oil is hot, dip the frozen brownie pieces into the pancake batter and fry for 2 mins per side, or until crispy golden brown..only flip them once!!
Remove brownies from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain grease.
Top with ice cream and the toppings of choice!!
