Gemma I don't know how you keep doing it! Those brownies look delicious . I could see the crispy part, then the Beautiful soft chewy chocolatey gorgeousness. They look divine! We love our brownies in this house. I'm so glad to have a way to make them in the summer without having to put the oven on. Once again, you are a true baking genius, Gemma. First three layer cakes, and now brownies. I've got to try these microwave brownies now. Ever since I've subscribed to your channel, I've been mind-blown by what kinds of genius recipes you can come up with that are simple and delicious. BTW, your Best-Ever Brownie recipe were a huge hit in my college dorm. Three girls who lived on my floor convinced me to make the Best-Ever Brownie recipe for a Finals De-Stress party after tasting a test batch I made and everyone at the party wanted seconds or thirds. There were none left over afterwards. That's how amazing your recipes are.

I made these and they turned out great, my bf and his family loved them! I made it with a few alterations, though. I used way less sugar, no baking powder and butter instead of oil, but it still tasted amazing. Thanks for the amazing recipe, Gemma!

Another classic Gemma recipe! Thank you for having the flax egg option! I just did a video on 12 different egg replacers for brownies, and we found sweet potato was best. I wonder what that would do in the microwave?
