    Have had inner knee pain for a couple of weeks. I knew it was from my hips, but couldn't find the right stretch/workout combination to relieve it. This video was amazing, I am almost pain free and intend to keep this quick group of exercises going to prevent the return of the dreaded knee pain! Thank you for putting it together.

    ❤ I have a question. If you’re having back pain / arthritis should you do these exercise ?

      That's difficult to say for sure, without seeing you in person! Generally, yes, they should be safe. BUT, that said, your best bet is to ask a physical therapist who can see where your arthritis is flaring up, see what mechanics might be contributing to your back pain, and assess your core strength!
