This is lovely! And I agree regarding the peels/skins. Wash them well, and leave them on! A little more nutrition and fiber is never bad. Thank you for sharing! 💚
I've made this , my son said the soup tasted like chicken korma without thd chicken. So today i made it again and added chopped cooked chicken pieces. and ate it with nan bread ... delicious, love it.
Looks delicious! I have just finished the carrots from my garden from last year too bad. I keep them in a paper bag in my basement refrigerator and they keep this long. Thanks and have a good day.😊❤
This sounds yummy! It's snowing here, between Knoxville & Pleasantville. I just put a roast in the crockpot & just sitting here ☕️sorting seed packet, dreaming of gardening, but It's basketball tournament week 🌨❄️...It's Iowa🤷♀️😉
I’m in Wyoming where it’s currently 32, but I’m looking forward to summer when I can start gardening starting with a compost pile. So I’m collecting whatever I can to start the pile, since that’s the case I would want to peel the veggies to save, would it change the texture too much without the peels?
,, High heat with olive oil,, big no no everyone in Greece will tell you No 😅 the reason is the low smoke point. You shouldn't cook at more than 180 degrees. Hope it helps. The recipe is lovely ❤
Not trying to be difficult but you may need to peel the skin. While you can wash off pesticides and herbicides some do soak in. So if you leave the skin on you need to buy organic
Uh actually @neil-yg5gm it doesn’t matter if you scrub them carrots are part of the dirty dozen and you can scrub as much as you like the pesticides are all through the carrot not just on the top layer so if it’s not organic scrubbing and peeling is pointless. So yeah… wrong info
Your videos would help way more people if you told us temperatures how many cups of broth how much butter you don't give us any instructions which doesn't help somebody trying to learn
@@sirjacobthe8 That’s fine you’re aloud to 😁 When I make my roasted garlic mash potatoes. I use I head of garlic. If you want roasted garlic carrot soup, then continue to use 1 head of garlic. Which reminds me i have to try this carrot soup again without all that garlic.
Dude. I didn't have any cream or milk so I added cream cheese which made the soup savory sweet also from the mushrooms I added. So soul warming.
Great recipe! Made it, although I like to leave a few chucks in my soups. Love ya!!!
This is also because cheese is the correct answer to everything.

How do you cut those onions without your eyes stinging and your nose from dripping?
A sharp knife and fresh onion means fewer tears.

They are from his garden!!!
@@soniawagenmanngrundies1787that is not from his garden I see the tags on the table 😂
He said for this recipe he didn't use the ones from his garden but he most likely bought organic.

When you put the white cream on, you made a Cleopatra face (profile) and head wear. lol. You sure you are not a painter?
I can’t believe you are wearing jacket in the kitchen?! Nice jacket but you are making me boiling!
