We have fell in love with Malaysia and this is our first impressions of the amazing city Kuala Lumpur. We have fun exploring this Malaysian city and also try some delicious Malaysian food. We tuck in to some roti and the well known Malaysian dessert cendol. We are blown away by Malaysia so far.

yes - loved seeing the Pavilion - best shopping centre in KL. Check out the food court in the basement it's amazing. MMMM Roti our favourite- thanks for sharing - Marianne and Chris.

@@JamesyboyExperiment Piggybacking Marianne and Chris' suggestion, there is also another nearby food court in the Lot 10 mall called 'Hutong'. It's a great 'gateway' entry into the streetfood culture - a sort of curated 'best of the best' carts/stalls, and all in air-conditioned comfort.
You should go 1utama. E Curve and Ikea. This mall is amazing and they have meatballs oh yeahhh
I need to try roti as soon as possible! It looks so delicious! Kuala Lumpur looks like a very nice city. I will need to visit it someday!

Beautiful country, with exotic natural rainforests and much more to explore. The mind boggling array of food unique only to Malaysia. Even Indian and Chinese cuisine will not be found anywhere else. A guaranteed experience and fond memories to bring back home.

Yup, a fusion of Malay, Chinese n Indian food for almost a hundred year, unique for sure.. Malaysian food also got influence from neighboring country like Indonesia n Thailand

Yes, what Zaidi said is true. We are one big family for festivities, football and badminton. And of course, food.
And yet the other side of the globe think we Muslims are intolerant. Don’t think there is any official holidays and decorations for Eid festival at the other side of the world.
Hey, dont forget to put the historical city of Melaka in your itinerary. Try to visit Maritime Museum which is the replica of the Portuguese battleship that brought down Melaka in 1511, and A Famosa - the fortress that they build afterwards, then go to Stadthuys, the administrative building of the Dutch when they took over Melaka from the Portuguese, then go to The Proclamation of Independence Memorial - a former British social club building, and then Sultanate Palace Museum - a replica of Melaka Sultanate palace, once a mighty kingdom, a centre of trades between East and West, before all of the above happened...

last time i ate cendol i went into diarrhea mode - because the ice is especially important in asia, cannot use tap water has to be cooked water or clean water lol..

I would recommend FRIM Selayang might be one of the interesting forest tour. Just 20 Minutes from Kuala Lumpur
