Defense is doing much better this year. Secondary still needs work and more sacks and takeaways but they are playing as a good solid defense. Just look at last nights game against the giants. They had a really bad start but at the end of the first half they found themselves. The stop on 4th and 2 with less than a minute left in the game might very well have been the most essential play of the game for them

Anton Chigurh, defining games for me is OT victory over the 49ers with broken ribs or 4th quarter comeback against the skins on the road with slipped disk
This highlight video is very impressive and the scary thing is there was a bunch of highlights left out! Such as juking JJ Watt and my absolute favorite highlight against the Rams on the over the head snap. But still you did a great job putting this together.
Not only one of the best scramblers but to someone objective who gets "great" doesn't necessarily mean Super Bowl appearances or rings (i.e., Dan Fouts, Warren Moon), one of the best ever: NFL records Career Most passing attempts through 100 starts Most consecutive road games with at least one touchdown pass: 41 (2009 - present) Highest QB Rating in month of December (133.7) Highest QB Rating in 4th quarter Most games with 135+ passer rating in a season (6) Dallas Cowboys team records Career Dallas Cowboys career leader in passing touchdowns and passing yards Games with 3+ touchdown passes: 40; previously held by Danny White (20) Games with 300+ yards passing: 46; previously held by Troy Aikman (13) Career passing yards: 33,626, previously held by Aikman (32,942) Lowest career interception percentage: 2.6% (minimum 16 starts; previously held by Aikman with 3.0) Touchdown passes: 245 (previously held by Aikman with 165) Most 4th Quarter Comebacks/Game-winning drives (28) -(Previously held by Roger Staubach with 23) Consecutive games with a TD pass: 38 (2012-2014); previously held by Romo (20, 2010-11) Season Games with 300+ yards passing: 9 (2012); previously held by Romo (8 - 2009) Passing TDs: 36 (2007); previously held by Danny White (29) Passing yards: 4,903 (2012); first and only Cowboys' quarterback to throw for more than 4,000 yards in a season (2007, 2009, 2011, 2012) Completions: 405 (2012); previously held by Romo with (347-2009) Attempts: 611 (2012); previously held by Romo (550-2009) First quarterback in franchise history to average over 300 passing yards a game in a season (306.4 - 2012) Game Romo has twice thrown 5 TD passes in a game (Nov 23, 2006 and October 6, 2013) a record he shares with Troy Aikman (September 12, 1999.) One of the greatest highlight vids ever made..because you know what you're doing and included some of the freshest clips in a fun order. And there's so many other beast Romo plays but not crispy resolution so you kept a great theme kudos
To all you Tony Romo haters all out there consider yourself dead to me. Everybody calls him Tony "Homo" for absolutely no reason. People hate him and say he sucks when they've never watched him play in there whole lives. The times he's had a bad season is because the whole team sucked that season or he was injured which hasn't happened very much. People say "He's injury prone" No he's not he's been injured a couple times and he played through ninety percent of them. Tony Romo deserves a ring. And a spot in the Hall Of Fame. When Tony Romo wins a Super Bowl, which I'm thinking this year we will because our team is stacked he will get a spot in The Hall Of Fame if he doesn't I don't know. But I know for sure he definitely deserves a spot. I don't cry. But when Tony Romo retires that'll be one of my first. He is the most underrated player in all of sports right now, but Tony thank you.
Cowboys, Media and Cowboys fan did my man dirty. We would have another SB in the 2014 to 2017 window if he had stayed. And would you look at all those WRs that suddenly cant get open
CKO92 You are a moron. Do you even watch him play or do you just go by espn highlights???? ROMO HAS NEVER HAd A DEFENSE TO HELP. Last year he threw for over 500 yards and 5 TDs against the Broncos and we lost 48 to 51.The Broncos didn't punt once and Yuh he threw a pick but thats what happens when your dropping back to throw 50 times a game. He had 1 4th quarter pick all of this season and that was in a blow out win against the Redskins. He had none in the playoffs and had the best QBR of any QB this season. So shut your dumb ass up. Why even come here and watch his highlights??? Just goes to show the haters have the star on their mind.
If this isn't proof of how good Romo is Cowboy fans are so sad. To actually think Dak is better then Romo is sad as well. Im super excited for Dak to be the future, but its the future and thats later! RIGHT now its still Romo's team till he gets traded or retired.
Dak is better than romo, end of discussion. Romo keeps getting hurt and he's already played for 10 years, it's time for another QB to take his place, and Dak is it! It's Dak's team now and it's his future, LETS GO DAK!!
Yo great videos man. 4 sure on the next Romo highlight you gotta put that one with jj watt almost sacked him but he escaped for a TD pass vs Houston last Sunday COWBOYS NATION!
I hate how people love to hate on romo. Like, the thing people fail to realize is those 8-8 years, would have been 5-11,4-12, or 3-13 without him. He wins games by himself. Everybody blames him for game losing picks but there isnt a starting nfl qb that hasent thrown a game losing pick
I am going to take 7 games from one season. Romo had 17 TDs, 3 ints, a passer rating of 101, and the Cowboys averaged 28 points. What else did they all have in common? The Cowboys lost EVERY SINGLE GAME (Romo didn't play in the final loss). The year was 2013 and it is hard to win when your defense gives up an AVERAGE of 37 points a game (for those 7 losses) and gave up the 3rd most yards of all time. But, somehow that's still Romo's fault.
A lot of these were before the O-line got really good. Amazing how many seemingly bad plays Romo has kept alive and turned into positive yardage. Now that the line is good, he has way more time in the pocket where he doesn't have to scramble as much and it showed. His qbr rating was top 5 in 2014.
Sick video dude, Tony Romo is super underrated. I wish more Cowboys fans like myself have his back instead of turning on him. Let's see some Jason Witten or some Dez Bryant Highlights Next. I would love to see some Defensive Highlights also. Let's Go Cowboys All Day, Everyday! #CowboyNation!
From this video I learned that the O-Line was unable to protect Romo for the longest time. Smh now his career ended a little early because his linemen couldn't protect him. I blame the coaching staff and JJ. Romo could've won the Cowboys multiple super bowls but Jerry's ego, and brainless coaching staff cost the Cowboys one too many. Not to mention Romo gave everything for the Dallas Cowboys and then they go and replace him with a rookie.
Well said. I have argued with people about the olines that Romo had to protect him. He basically carried this team on his back for years until his body just couldn't take it anymore. Daj will never be on the level of Romo was.
Such a great video and title. His playoff wins dont say it but this video shows you why Romo was QB1!!! As a cowboys fan who watched alot of romo games he was the best scramble qb and definitely top 5 or 10 in history.
I don't know why romo gets so much hate. He has chocked yes.but his regular season play is top 5 in the NFL. Also idk how he doesnt get praised for his pocket movement.
Its funny because Peyton consistently chokes among others (we're all praising Brady after he played a shitty first half in the Super Bowl, considering his standard) but when Romo botches a snap or the like we change our perception, because he plays for the #1 hated team in the NFL
In terms of just pure escape ability, he's the best I've ever seen. He has a knack for executing sudden moves when he needs them to buy time to throw or get free.
Thank you enemy nation for this video it was perfect, seriously don't listen to the haters this video for a cowboys fan is amazing. I'll never forget that Denver game where has the time gone
This is why, in 2006 - 2007, they called him "El Matador". I hate when people say he is garbage ONLY because he wears the Dallas star. That's as bad as calling Barry Sanders garbage, because he played for a Detriot Lions team that was, at the time, well ..... not so great. I'm counting, and I don't even recall Barry Sanders ever even playing in a Super Bowl. Ever. So ..... should I discredit Barry Sanders to be garbage for that? The answer, in my opinion, is "NO!!" In fact, I am a Dallas fan! Win or lose! And, during Barry Sander's career, so, too, was Emmitt Smith, rushing at the same time. And, I think Emmitt Smith got .... 3(?) Superbowl rings? And, even as a Dallas fan, I would still rate Barry Sanders #1, over Emmitt Smith at #2. So, why are we rating QB's as garbage, because they don't a Superbowl ring? Does this mean we just throw out the entire careers of Jim Kelly? Or Dan Marino? No, let's just sit back, and admire the athleticism of those who are elite enough to play on the professional level!! And with all that said, Romo is badass!!
The NFL is the one sport that it is unfair to rate a player based on the number of championships won. It's not like the NBA where you're one of five players on the court, there are 21 other starters who have a huge impact on the game, not to mention coaching. I feel like other professional sports those things are easier to overcome. The NFL is truly a team sport.
this piss me off, he had noooooooooooooooo fuckin time to drop back without someone in his face all the time. That's why they beefed up the oline and he is picking apart defenses. Overall Romo gets much respect. he needs his super bowl ring.
I did make a Cole Beasley highlight video, along with Dez Bryant, Terrance Williams and Joe Randle and they were deleted or blocked. Even one of my Demarco Murray videos were blocked.
Enemy Nation Gracias! You are a gentleman, a scholar and a helluva highlight vid creator. That guy was getting on everyone's nerves. He has the audacity to claim he's not a troll but he obsessively comments on every Tony Romo video on UA-cam.
This guy is freacking houdini man, most underrated quaterback in NFL,his numbers are great and if he wins a superbowl shit that would be great #CowboyNation
Too bad you didn't include that play against Houston where he spun away from J J Watt, then threw a 40+yd (?) TD bomb to Terrance Williams in the EZ. Watt burned Tyron Smith bad, then had a bead on Romo's back, but Romo's Spidey sense must have been tingling. Talk about dagger in the heart... BAMWUT?!
Oh, that's right. Thx. Thx also for commenting - I had completely forgotten about this video, so I watched it again and it was just as entertaining as the last time I saw it.
Or the play in 06 against the Rams when the snap went 25 yards back and still managed the first down .. That's the play that made me a Romo fan and 100% Cowboys fan. The man has heart!
Tight Ass video! Thanks..huge Tony Romo fan here..Cowboys fan since I was born ..I knew he was going to.be great all the way back to the Eastern Illinois days...u the man Romo...get a ring this year and silence all the Haters!
Manning and ball sucker Brady are statues. if Brady would have started his career with the Cowboys, he would have been another Ryan Leaf. If Romo would have started HIS career with the patties, he would have won at least SIX Super Bowls. No doubt about it! This video also shows his great peripheral vision and finding the open receiver AND great accuracy throwing the ball to him. Tony is also a nicer guy than manning and brady, and no doubt he IS the best QUARTERBACK in the NFL!!!
Woh now bro wouldn't go as far as saying he's better then Manning. Romo is good and underated but not better then the Jimmy Neutron of football, you're out of your god damn mind lol
Vivinonimous Fact, defense wins championships. Fact, Troy Aikman has more rings than "aiien head" Peyton, and is already in the Hall of Fame. Fact, Tony Romo has every single Cowboys quarterbacks record, despite not having all the all pro offensive lines that Troy had, and not to mention having arguably the best blocking backs in the league i.e. Emmit and Moose. Fact, Romo is tougher than the alien head. Fact, Mannig has had the benefit of better offensive lines than Romo. Fact, This video doesn't even show HALF of Romo's great escapes and plays. Fact, Alien head Peyton would NOT have been able to make even 1/3 of these plays. Fact, if Tony and "alien head" would have had their careers with opposite teams, the alien head might have had a similar career as his daddy, and Romo would be the top quarterback of all time. Now that Romo has a good offensive line; Who was the NFL's passer rating leader in 2014, Peyton "the alien head" Manning, or Tony "the Matador" Romo? Fact, Romo! Fact, you were born with anencephaly, and I can't help you. Ha!
rustyshadow7 Calm down there buddy. I'm a big Romo fan, even told a few Cowboys fans they take Romo for granted. I do agree that if Romo was on the Patriots he would win a championship. Even went as far as saying that when Brady retires, put Romo on the Pats and he destroys. Hate to see Cowboys fans bash Romo so much because hes a great QB. Saying that, don't compare Romo to Brady. Nobody chooses their team, and Brady's made the most of his opportunity. Romo will never compare to Brady unless he somehow manages to win at least 3 Superbowls in his remaining years. Much respect though, because Romo is very underrated.
Giovanni Ortiz What an ignorant statement and total lack of logic, it's equivalent to saying you can't compare Earl Campbell or Barry Sanders to the great Emmitt Smith because Emmit has Super Bowl rings and has the all time rushing title and they don't. Earl Campbell is arguably the best power back ever and Barry Sanders is the undisputed most elusive, most exciting running back ever. "but they don't have no rings" again, it's a stupid ass argument, and the ball sucker Brady wouldn't have done jack had he played on the teams the Romo had to play with. Romo is the best scrambler in the NFL and that didn't keep him from getting injured time and time again, what the hell do you think the ball sucker would have done? he'd be crippled by now!
Difference is, Brady and Romo play the QB position not the RB position. You can't call other people ignorant while you continue to bash an all-time great QB. Show respect when respect is due. Romo is just not at that level deal with it. He can be and last year showed it, but over the course of his career he's made many mistakes as a QB. He's still a great QB and Dallas is lucky to have him, but he's no Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. Sorry man, i'm not the only one that agrees with this statement.
Finally a video that does him justice. As a cowboys fan ive always stood behind Romo, even in his worst (or choke- as the haters say) moments. I knew there was a quarterback in him
Jerry Jones said that the biggest regret he made was NOT PUTTING A TEAM BUILT FOR ROMO! He also said that there has never been another QB in Cowboys history to carry this team on his back, both literally and figuratively!
Tony Romo is the most underrated professional athlete of all time.
He just needs a Super Bowl and it'll all go away. He could go out like John Elway or like Dan Marino. It all depends on these last few seasons.

Anton Chigurh, defining games for me is OT victory over the 49ers with broken ribs or 4th quarter comeback against the skins on the road with slipped disk
David Hernandez amen. Houston with ROMO- LOCK
HELL YEAH, ROMO IS THE BEST SCRAMBLER IN THE NFL!!! DALLAS COWBOYS 4-EVER!!!!!
This highlight video is very impressive and the scary thing is there was a bunch of highlights left out! Such as juking JJ Watt and my absolute favorite highlight against the Rams on the over the head snap. But still you did a great job putting this together.
Not only one of the best scramblers but to someone objective who gets "great" doesn't necessarily mean Super Bowl appearances or rings (i.e., Dan Fouts, Warren Moon), one of the best ever:

Great job dude;
..Dan Marino is another great one without a SB ring..they both deserve HOF honors..period..
Have always thought Romo is the man. He's the best escape artist I have ever seen play. watching him on this video makes me smile. Like watching laurel and hardy, all those bumbling giants and redskins and rams trying to get him, but they just can not. Romo rocks.
ASK STAUBACH WHO 'HE' THINKS IT IS..HINT, HE ALREADY SAID IT WAS ROMO, BY FAR, LOL..
Cant wait to see Tony on the field again.....MVP
lmaoooo
Jay Kelley LMFAO
i hope people realize what this team is like without him on the field, scary isn't it?
wise words from a fellow campos
Yeah tony romo is a leader for Dallas Cowboys
+Anthony Campos This last season tells it all.
sad it took that for people to realize. most underrated and under appreciated player that I can recall. in Romo I trust
sad it took that for people to realize. most underrated and under appreciated player that I can recall. in Romo I trust
he's been the best scrambler since 06'
One of the greatest highlight vids ever made..because you know what you're doing and included some of the freshest clips in a fun order.
ABSOLUTELY!
Cowboys, Media and Cowboys fan did my man dirty. We would have another SB in the 2014 to 2017 window if he had stayed. And would you look at all those WRs that suddenly cant get open
By far Enemy Nation makes the BEST Cowboys highlight videos on UA-cam. Keep up the awesome work.
Thanks for your compliment, you're not so bad yourself DemarkableP. I never noticed the ref at 3:49
Enemy Nation
Should add the footage of Romo breaking tackle from JJ Watt, considered the best defensive player in this season.
lol I really wish I could just edit it in but it will definitely be in the next one :)
Enemy Nation how about editing this and not displaying it in such a fast, choppy manner???
great footage, but....
heres a better one
ua-cam.com/video/AbgcP2JJOfU/v-deo.html
With all the injuries,he had and he still look like a Champion a titan among quarterbacks. One of the greatest quarterbacks.
Great choice of music, you can never go wrong with a little Outkast. GO COWBOYS!
I loved watching him play! His career was incredible from start to finish! Just wish he could have gotten to the big one at least once
How can anybody deny this man of respect.
CKO92 Lol troll. Clearly your a stupid fuck. Im done feeding you responses.
Yuh well if weren't such a bitch then come see me pussy :) I'm in Dallas where Americas team resides...
You mad bro?
:)
Daaaayummm! Talk about eyes in the back of your head! Romo moved so dang good in and out of the pocket.
his madden card should have 100 juke move
Agree 👍🏽
his 96 card has like 95 juke move does it not
and 100 elusiveness
He is definitely underrated!! He is a good quarterback, but some people can't accept it
I miss you Romo...
I never saw nothing like that! Tony's a beast.. Great moves, great throws, big plays! I love this player. ☆ I love Cowboys, I love America's Team. ☆
Best pocket scrambler of this generation.
Look at that beautiful foot work in the pocket I have to say that Romo is the best foot working QB I have ever seen
If this isn't proof of how good Romo is Cowboy fans are so sad. To actually think Dak is better then Romo is sad as well. Im super excited for Dak to be the future, but its the future and thats later! RIGHT now its still Romo's team till he gets traded or retired.
I'm saying. Its like they totally forgot how good Romo really is
fr
Orlando chavez exactly.
Great English!
Dak is better than romo, end of discussion. Romo keeps getting hurt and he's already played for 10 years, it's time for another QB to take his place, and Dak is it! It's Dak's team now and it's his future, LETS GO DAK!!
Garret bobbing his head kills me every time.
About the only productive thing he does on the sideline. Do you find yourself bobbing your head along with the music while watching this video?
Romo's spin move should be an unlock from madden.
Yo great videos man. 4 sure on the next Romo highlight you gotta put that one with jj watt almost sacked him but he escaped for a TD pass vs Houston last Sunday
COWBOYS NATION!
I think we would all love to see some Cowboys defense highlights, but you'd have a bear of a time finding any...
R Reid
You'd have to go back to the Parcells era to get some really good footage.
This is one of the best highlight tapes I've ever seen
Totally agree!!
I remember all of these plays...they are what my nightmares are made of...thanks for te memories Tony 🫡🤣🤣
Awesome. Romo is the best EVER at escaping the rush inside the pocket. No one is even close.
If only he had a halfway decent defense just once in his career.
He has a knack for executing sudden moves when he needs them to buy time to throw or get free.
cowboy fans can hate him all he wants.......but truth is he carries that team on his back.
This man did the romo rollout when his spidey senses tingled on those blindside edge rushers.
Not a cowboys, matter a fact I hate the cowboys with a passion, but tony Romo needs to go out on top, he's one of the best QBs when healthy!
hella ya Tony Romo needs a ring! Hope this yr will be mutch better then last yr. Go tony Go. Your fans believe in you
this alone should prove he is an elite QB
If Romo couldn't scramble like that he would be an above average quarterback, this skill makes him elite.
He's a damn good scrambler.
Certainly one of the best at extending the play. Has made some great DL look like fools.
4:40 is the best part
Kthank you so much for putting this back on!
Don't even need to watch the video. YES!! he is. But god damn I'm gonna watch it anyway
I wish someone would show a video of all the hits he's taken and kept playing. Than some people would see what toughness he shows.
True that!!
He's going to have to carry the team again this season.
***** I posted this comment before the season started when I thought the defense was going to be bad...
I don't care if the guy is 80 years old. We need him back.
this piss me off, he had noooooooooooooooo fuckin time to drop back without someone in his face all the time. That's why they beefed up the oline and he is picking apart defenses. Overall Romo gets much respect. he needs his super bowl ring.
This is the BEST VIDEO I HAVE EVER SEEN ON YOU TUBE . TONY ROMO ALL THE WAY .LETS GO *COWBOYS*
0:46 awesome juke! Btw, Tony Romo is the BEST QB, not just the best scrambler.
+Lenny Face i'd say rodgers is definitely better
XGN Grim why do you think that?
Lenny Face trust me im a cowboy fan i think romo is top 5 he just doesn't complete w/ rodgers hes amazing but not aaron rodgers
XGN Grim do you think that he will do good this season?
Lenny Face who aaron rodgers? yes i do he still has cobb and adams
Literally every film is Romo dissecting the defense to a detail that they couldn't prepare for. The GOAT. JEDI#9 #JEDI9
Let's see Troy aikmans scramble highlights. Oh yeah. He had a complete team and not mention a great defense. Sorry I forgot
This was made just before that memorable spin move he did on JJ Watt. That would've been nice to add.
1:20 GET OUTTA MY WAY
sucks that he didn't get an offensive line until late in his career. he's so underrated.
Please make a cole besly highlights
I did make a Cole Beasley highlight video, along with Dez Bryant, Terrance Williams and Joe Randle and they were deleted or blocked. Even one of my Demarco Murray videos were blocked.
Enemy Nation upload them again please
done..
Enemy Nation Gracias! You are a gentleman, a scholar and a helluva highlight vid creator. That guy was getting on everyone's nerves. He has the audacity to claim he's not a troll but he obsessively comments on every Tony Romo video on UA-cam.
Enemy Nation Plz make them all with the same songs and everything plz and make sure you say the arent copyrighted and stuff
This guy is freacking houdini man, most underrated quaterback in NFL,his numbers are great and if he wins a superbowl shit that would be great #CowboyNation
romo needs better linemen half the time I see Romo running for his life
the fuck you saying o line is great
Cowboys o line is good... For running xD
+Josh Jahada damn...
+OGS4m ya in about 5 plays on this highlight
+Supreme yes he does. he didn't in most of these highlights. if you read my comment you wouldn't have had to waste my name with your idiocy
This shows if Tony had an offensive line. Super Bowl Champ!. For sure!!
He makes defenders look silly
thanks for this this is literally my new favorite video
Too bad you didn't include that play against Houston where he spun away from J J Watt, then threw a 40+yd (?) TD bomb to Terrance Williams in the EZ. Watt burned Tyron Smith bad, then had a bead on Romo's back, but Romo's Spidey sense must have been tingling. Talk about dagger in the heart... BAMWUT?!
you know that this video was about the 2013 season
Oh, that's right. Thx.
Thx also for commenting - I had completely forgotten about this video, so I watched it again and it was just as entertaining as the last time I saw it.
Or the play in 06 against the Rams when the snap went 25 yards back and still managed the first down .. That's the play that made me a Romo fan and 100% Cowboys fan. The man has heart!
Hell yeah...his first like "WHOAAAA" play that got me too!
Legend
5:08 defies logic. Romo's release is inhuman
I knew there was a quarterback in him
Romo can beat the blitz in two ways. Avoid a tackler or quick throw. Most qbs (Manning Brady) its only quick throw.
Fantastic video..... keep it up... The fans want more!!
so if he is this good it must be Jerry Jone's fault they have never walked into a SB with Romo, that dirty son of a biatch!!
Jerry Jones said that the biggest regret he made was NOT PUTTING A TEAM BUILT FOR ROMO! He also said that there has never been another QB in Cowboys history to carry this team on his back, both literally and figuratively!
@@pamadams2607 romo suked arse, Jerry sells more jerseys and beer so that should explain the turnovers of players
That was AWESOME!! I was getting tired jus watching Him Scramble around,, Great Video.. DC4LIFE..
dak is good... but he aint this good
That JG head bobbing got me cracked up lmao. Great vid again like always man!
Dude never had a consistent running game or hardly a defense for sure
He had a consistent running game lol
Dallas defense hasn’t been good since 95
