In my opinion it feels more like a rushed live action of a book. Like the lore might be somewhere and character development too. It just got skipped due to movie runtime. Strong eragon vibe.
@@TaigathemossThat isn't it! It's just someone who doesn't know how to write so they just throw ideas on the board and call it a day saying yeah that's a story. In short this isn't even a rushed book, it isn't even close to being a book it is just an idea!
Just a detail on Snyder's "originality": Veldt is an accepted alternate spelling of veld, which is a type of grassland. So he named the planet... ummm... big fields of grass.
2 things about the Kali. 1. Their inclusion makes the imperium much more powerful than we see/far more powerful than the rebels can hope to defeat because I wonder what kind of technology the imperium had to capture them in the first place. 2. The period where the imperium encountered the Kali and the events leading up to the Kali's enslavement could be an interesting story itself.
A cosmos jumping Motherworld that cannot feed their own troops. And that same Imperium Starship that can jump through a space portal vagina apparently runs on coal, this was ridiculous from the start.
The more I think about it, the more I can't understand it Like honestly, every choice, script and piece of world building just does not function, even on an cursory level They have learned tech that reverses physical injury, but can't synthesise aspects of food production? Also, could these ships not produce more grain in greenhouse-type holds, than what the small population on an outer moon could even grow? Your points were more glaring, there are just so many though -
So true. Im glad someone else noted the orbital bombardment scene. Its not the most rediculous scene but it really bugs me. They might want to get all their men off the planet before you drop god level bombs.
But only if a character explicitly asks the other to tell them their story, naturally leading a conversation to get to the flashback is something only lesser writers need to concern themselves with. A master craftsman like Snyder understands that exposition should be as blunt and hamfisted as possible.
Next film....They visit a planet as they need coal..... Next film , they visit a planet as they are running out of fruit and veg ...next film they go to a planet with a Blockbuster as they are sick of seeing Seventh Samurai , Magnificent Seven & Bugs Life.
i watched the films because i have a nf subscription and they were just there (though i had to skip all the bulls8 slow-mos because they're too many and too painfully obnoxious), but ZS is acting all arrogant saying he doesn't read feedbacks or watch reviews, he only listens to his friends who have "good taste" so he probably won't know how bad his films are cuz all he'll see are the viewership numbers on his films. He must've thought all viewers must've watched his films because they were good but anyone with a NF subscription could just play it nonchalantly in the background or some watched it just to see for themselves how terrible they were. Which is why I will stop watching his films even if they're available. Maybe when viewership counts starts to go down, he'll start to wonder why and finally listen to feedback.
I wouldn't put it past some of his fans to just play the thing on repeat in the living room while they're asleep just to keep the numbers up. He has an irritatingly loyal fanbase full of people who only engage with things on a surface level.
I have enjoyed some of Syders work. However, Zack likes to create as many scenes as he can, he doesn't seem to know what ones to use and stuffs them all in resulting in a bloated over long incoherent mess.
This movie was absolutely written by AI. I refuse to believe humans had any hand in making it.

AI can definitely write better script than anything Snyder can come up with so i feel like it would be an improvement
an AI . would imply that there was intelligence behind writing it

@@TaigathemossIt's Snyder smashing his action figures together and then stealing bits of lore he thinks are cool from other places.
Zach Snyder has obviously never been told no before.
Snyder really shouldn't be the guy in charge of things. He can be good at some things but there needs to be someone reining him in.
funny enough he was told no by disney when he proposed this movie as a star wars movie
@@kevinkusuma9002 yeah, but he didn't question why they said no.
"What are we, some kind of Rebel Moon Scargiver?"
More like Some kind of Rebel Moons
but the moon doesn't even rebel... but I guess a title like "Rebel Village: The Wheat Warriors" doesn't sound as cool.
Disobedient Tush...
Just a detail on Snyder's "originality": Veldt is an accepted alternate spelling of veld, which is a type of grassland. So he named the planet... ummm... big fields of grass.
Rebel Moon 3 - Enter The Mill..
Rebel Moon 4 - A Season Of Flour
Rebel Moon 5 - Breadeater
Rebel moon 6 - gluten freedom
Rebel Moon 7: Mukbangjay
if there were still P-parodies of movies this would be called Rebel Poon 2: the C*m taker

Rotten Tomatoes?? More like Rotten Durian
based on rl experience, rotten durian is otherworldly smelly

Characters : Sit or sleep together
Zack: Backstory exposition time!

Rebel Moon? More like Harvest Moon.
Sweet fawn Sofia with her teenage face, body and voice - stormtrooper-veteran...🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ Snyder, what a funny joke!👍👍👍🤣🤣🤣💥
“Jesus of this universe” 🤣
"Mechanicus Militarum"!? Seriously?! Wtf?!
I love Zack Snyder's space fights: The Empire strikes back!
Hack Snyder hahahahaha

the planets will be named something like: Mined, Fruitd, and Blockbusterd?
The best analysis
Had to fix a video at the end.
the name of the princess is Isa... that's Jesus in Arabic
Doesn’t mean that was symbolism for that. Fucking stupid
Also quite close to eldar goddes Isha from WH40K - the goddes of life healing and growth

I bet the cast have all read the reviews which are unanimously that these films stink
